Nothing to complain about because everything is absolutely AMAZING!!! I’m adding a comment to this section because it happened after we left. I would like to complain about the beach bar accountant Ahmed. He is an abuser and started sending offensive messages to my personal number. He is a wolf in disguise can’t believe he fooled me. He ask me to help him find a job in Saudi so I gave him my contact number, but then he started messaging indecent comments. I blocked him so he would stop but he started messaging from other numbers/apps. Very disgusting behaviour and person!!!

Everything was amazing from the staff to the facility to the service. I highly recommend this place! I would like to give a special THANKS to Mr. Halawani. He is absolutely the best of the best! He is very welcoming and generous from the very first day, it was an absolute pleasure to stay under his care. I would also like to thank Mahmoud at the beach bar, what an amazing person! So down to earth, humble, welcoming and gave us the best service. This place is just full of great people! There’s Adel at the lobby bar that is the nicest and most sweet person.

There is nothing we didn't like! Although (this is very minor), I think it's important for mocktails to be served in different glasses. Everything really was great!

We really enjoyed the pool area, as well as the view from our room! The facilities are wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. It's a terrific place to rest and relax. The resort staff is so friendly and helpful as well. Also, the shower products are really nice which we appreciated. We definitely hope to return one day!

that it’s quite, calm and beautiful .. cozy and not very big that you lose yourself in it. green, nice pool nice accommodation and the bed and the pillows are really comfy

We understand were in a remote area of Egypt and getting quality food must be difficult. So I am fine with the food and I enjoyed my stay! The only thing my family and I thought could have been better was the food. The buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner were well stocked but the food taste was eh okay. We made a reservation for dinner and the food was okay. The hotel puts a lot of effort into the meals and everyone found something they liked a bit so it's fine but it would be nice to have better food.

The staff were excellent. They were attentive and kind. The location was great and everything that was included was so fun and enjoyable. The pool was awesome!!!!! The poolside service was super. The beach is so great!! The bar at the beach was wonderful and full of food and drinks! The bed was so comfy! Walking around the property was so fun! And I stayed all the day at the beach and the view is incredible. Bring a snorkel because the fish and coral are beautiful! Please leave the coral alone :) The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful! That was amazing! My mom needs help and they made sure to help her walk!

We have stayed 6 nights at Baron Palms. Service, food, pool, coral reefs are amazing. It was an warm welcoming with drinks and cookies before check in. All the staff is amazing but special thanks to night manager Otaify and Muhammed at the lobby.

The food selections, although plentiful and with a good variety, were bland.

The service at Barron Plams was PHENOMENAL. Housekeeping staff, Mohammed Ahmed's service was impeccable.

We had a really lovely stay at Baron Palms, the hotel and its facilities are beautiful, two large pools and a very big space at the beach which is right outside of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and accomodating throughout the stay, helpful with any requests we may have. The food was very good too and good variety. We had an amazing time and will be back again for sure.
