The beach could be better

The hotel is very good and that staff was amazing especially the reception team . The food was fantastic and the room was spacious so clean. The service is perfect, we definitely will come back. Thanks for all things Baron palms family

The food in the buffet section was generally OK rather than brilliant. Would recommend eating at the a la carte restaurants that are part of the all inclusive - the food at the Egyptian restaurant in particular was delicious.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were very lovely and helpful, especially the front desk and lobby bar staff. The pool is fabulous, with waterfalls that results in a relaxing ambience for a fantastic holiday.

Incredible service. I have been travelling for 2 weeks now and this is by far head and shoulders above all of the hotels I have stayed at, this includes Paris, Athens and Cairo. The staff are exceptional and the customer service has been of the highest standard. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sharm. Food A++++ Exceptional ❤️

We extended our trip twice as we loved it here. Amazing atmosphere, clean and staff are very kind. Can’t wait to come back. There is so much to do here at the resort as well as enjoy the excursions - which we did and the staff looked after us before and after we went anywhere! 10/10

The resort is absolutely stunning! Both inside the hotel & outside is beautiful! Rooms are great with a lovely view. We came for our Honeymoon and everything is just above and beyond. 10/10 for all departments! Ahmed on reception has been very helpful & want to say a big Thank you To Mohammad, he has made our trip feel so special and arranging things for us! Really appreciate everything & we have extended our trip as we love the place so much! Highly recommend!

First of all this is my fifth time in sharm but this one was different because of this wonderful hotel Every thing was perfect location was good all the staff were very helpfull food was exellent the room was very clean and pools were very nice and quite the bars the drinks were served in glass no plastic the beach was great and about the waiters they were very polite especially mr islam from the paradise bar and mr said was very nice Special thanks to kito from the entertainment team I loved this place so much and i will sure come back

Excellent service at reception. They upgraded my room at check-in and extended by stay late into the night at a very discounted price. The beach facilities were great with amazing snorkeling off both piers that lead off from the beach. The food at the beach was very good and the staff very friendly. Both nights the food was excellent. There is themed dining and the seafood night was really very good with jumbo shrimps and grilled fish. An excellent stay with very good value.

From the beginning of the trip all went very smoothly, we were very well welcomed and we basically have been treated like royalty. Special mentione to Mohamed Ragab, who actually helped us to keep our room for a really late check out as we weren’t flying until the next day late - thank you so much! Book without hesitation!
