IrelandRoom was dated so was the bathroom, AC was OK and the wifi. The breakfast was passable.
The room was big and the bathroom was a good size too. The location was good but I did not have time to go out to eat. The room service found my small torch and I was contacted in the taxi to come back and collect which I appreciated.

NigeriaThe environment is very dated, as is clear from the pictures, and would benefit from being updated, but it was all functional and comfortable so worked well for me for a one night stay.
The staff were very attentive and helpful. The pick up from the airport was very straightforward and they proactively asked me about if I needed it for the way back to the airport. It was ready and waiting for me when I needed to leave. I had a very nice simple meal at the restaurant in the evening. I was leaving too early to eat breakfast at the hotel, but they gave me a huge packed breakfast which was great. It lasted me two days!!

United StatesWe booked a "Double Room" on Booking.com but somehow the hotel had us written down for a single occupancy in the room. They charged us an extra $25 as there were 2 of us. I think it was just a miscommunication between Booking's website and how the hotel actually does things, but it was a stressful note to end our stay on, particularly as the hotel did not bring it to our attention until we were leaving for the airport. Otherwise no complaints.
The location is convenient to get to and from the airport, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice as well. Overall a great place stay if you want to avoid airport traffic, it's close to the metro as well and around the corner from a nice courtyard with restaurants to eat in. The free car to the airport is also nice.

IrelandI had a Written Agreement with them which they refused to honour after I checked in. I had a special rate Agreement with c/out 20:00. They changed the time to 17:00 for that rate with no consent from me. They refused me lunch/dinner menu when my room had a menu stating available 24hours. They offered me breakfast for almost $40.00. They said if I stayed on until 20:00 and paid full price, then they'd include the breakfast. Staff were too rude and refused to say goodbye as I asked for a receipt on leaving. I stipulated no-smoking room but their was a smell of smoke inside and an ashtray. Just some of what I didn't like.
Collection from airport was on-time.
