Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Germanythe offer said, including airport transfer, which I had to pay (twice the Uber rate). However, the driver was such a great and service minded person. I arrived 9 p.m. and my room was not ready. Can happen but should not. Again however, the team at the reception has been extremely friendly. WLAN did not work next morning.
very helpful and supportive personal and of course a room with a view, and what a great view. Breakfast made fresh at the rooftop.

PolandApart from the room which was very nice and with perfect view everything else was a permanent stress and misunderstanding. It was 2 night (1 full day) stay. We booked the tours with the hotel. Firstly, in the middle of the night (much after midnight) the hotel called us saying that the tour price is doubled, even though the price was agreed in written form. It was sleepless night before the morning tour. We had no choice and decided to go for it. In the morning we were waiting for the tour guide who was 1 hour late. When we were asking the hotel where is the guide they were explaining that in the bank right next to the hotel but after half an hour they put as into the taxi to wait another half an hour on a highway outside the town so apparently guide was not in the bank. After 5.5h of a full day tour the guide told us that this is the end even though we did not visit all the agreed places (agreed in written form). After argue he finally tried to take us to the remaining spot (Dahshur pyramid). But he and the driver lost the way and did not make it on time. Their feedback was that it is all our fault because we were not keeping the time or reminding them what we want to visit (I am not Local person so how they expect from a tourist to tell them what time they close). It happens but what was the worst was that everything happened in unpleasant and claiming atmosphere. We would not miss the last spot if the guide was not delayed by 1h, did not make us spend 1h in local shop to buy very expensive things which we do not need, would not miss the way to Dahshur (it was experienced guide and cousin of the hotel manager , this pyramid is one of nearest top highlits). And it was in the atmosphere of constant repeating that it is our fault that he was late, our fault that it is so late, our fault that he took us somewhere else. Generally all our fault.
The location is amazing right in front of the pyramids and Sfinks. You can watch it day and night directly from your room. The room is renovated in nice cozy style. Close to main attractions. Nice view from the rooftop restaurants.

United StatesThe extra transportation cost that was supposed to be included in the reservations, to and from the Airport. I was told Booking.com made A mistake. 😏 Ya really. I would only stay in this Hotel for No more than two days, and move on to A resort. Be prepared for scams and Take A pocket full of 1€ or 1 Dollar Bills. Walk to the pyramids and take nothing for free from anyone and Ride No camels or buggy rides. (walk). I would also advise not to leave your Partner alone and If your A women you better watch out and trust nobody.
The roof top View.

GreeceCouldn't help it, but had to walk up 2 flights of stairs every time we went to our room, but worth the view .
Atta was an amazing host, nothing was too hard for him, and he always had an answer for everything which is great, because it's exactly what we needed, the most amazing view from our window ever, fell in love with the place we left the curtains open, just so we can watch the pyramids in case our eyes opened in the middle of the night. to see that view
