Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaStaff were very pushy and kept asking us the same questions everyday no matter how many times we refused. Constantly asked for tips which is normal but got annoying. The room burned with disinfectant yet it was dirty, the bed was full of hair and stains.
Location was great with amazing views of the pyramids. Quiet area with good restaurants, safe walking around and easy to get cabs anywhere. Fantastic breakfast.

AustraliaI can’t fiault the property itself however some of the staff need to back off and not be so pushy with tours it made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was being watched everywhere I went because I didn’t take a tour through their motel I already had booked through Booking.com . I did not need that harassment.
The location was amazing as far as the pyramids very close. most of the staff were very hospitable.

LithuaniaWe stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. As a mixed (Lithuanian-Egyptian) unmarried couple, we booked two separate rooms. Upon arrival at 3 AM, the reception staff spoke in Arabic, assuming we wouldn’t understand, and deliberately assigned us rooms as far apart as possible—one on the 2nd floor, the other on the 4th. This was unnecessary and inconvenient. To make matters worse, they immediately started pushing their tour packages on us, confirming the complaints in other reviews. Imagine being exhausted from travel and having to listen to a sales pitch in the middle of the night. Later, I had an issue with electricity in my room and needed my boyfriend’s help, but the staff called him as soon as he stepped out of his room, strictly forbidding him from even approaching mine. This level of control and surveillance, with staff watching guests' every move through cameras, made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. My room had a nice view of the pyramids, but that was about the only positive. The room was freezing because the heating hadn’t been turned on, and there was no hot water. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny with a dysfunctional shower, and there was barely any space for personal belongings. Overall, this was an unpleasant stay. The way guests are treated, especially mixed-nationality couples, is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or hospitable experience.

GermanyLocation close to the pyramids was great. But neighbourhood is very loud at night every night (from about 9pm until 2-3am). Since the window & balcony door do not close properly (gaps) it was like sleeping with an open window/door (noise, cold air & mosquitoes). Breakfast was good and we appreciated the packed option (though too sweet) for early departures. Bed was comfortable but bedsheets were not always clean (though staff quickly changed them once we told them). Shower leaked and towels were sometimes very old and not very white anymore. I room is too small for 3 people (2 adults + 1 child) so we had to book an extra room.

United KingdomNothing.
We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel, super clean, walking distance to the pyramides and restaurants, shops etc, the staff were super friendly and helped us throughout our stay, the tours they offered were at reasonable prices and good quality, saved us from booking through aviator and other websites, they also arranged for our transfer from the airport to the hotel which was a nice touch and certainly needed after a long flight. Once again i would like to thank all the staff at the hotel and also khaled our super driver. Would certainly recommend this place as it ticks all the boxes in my opinion.

I stayed only for one night at the suite, but I loved it! The room is aesthetically pleasing with a nice jacuzzi and amazing views of the Giza Pyramids. I would like to express my gratitude to the receptionists Mohamed Bahgat and Mohaned who were both unexpectedly kind and helpful! A small gift at the end was a lovely gesture well appreciated!

United KingdomFrom before arrival the communication was great through WhatsApp. The hotel arranged a complimentary airport pick up and throughout were very attentive to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for any member after staff and the pyramid view was great both from the room and the roof terrace. The hotel also has a sister hotel closer to the pyramids with an uninterrupted view from the roof terrace. Breakfast was complimentary and very nice and fresh. Would definitely recommend the stay.
