We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Marshall IslandsThe staff is very professional, warm welcome, and attentive to customers, from the manager to the cleaners. Best hotel to stay while visiting Giza pyramid, you can't be this location. They give you a lot of water in your room, breakfast food is fresh, good option for lunch and dinner, 2 roof tops available. The cleaness is spot on.

United StatesThe location was great mainly because of the roof. You had a clear view of the pyramids for every sunny hour of the day and dedicated staff ready to serve you dinner/drinks if you'd like. I did 3 tours through the hotel, the pyramids, Cairo, and Alexandria. For each I was assigned a private driver and tour guide. All guides were very knowledgeable. I specifically want to shoutout Kholoud, my tour guide for Alexandria. She was incredibly informed about everything you could ever want to know about Alexandria. From the history of the library and catacombs to the schooling systems of the local government. Any question you had she was ready to answer, and so much more!
