My accommodation was in mid Oct and the hotel was so crowded, so if you prefer peaceful and quiet hotel then you would consider that. The food quality is not the best, actually was below my expectation, limited choice. I was told and read comments it is a sandy beach, but it is only sandy until you get inside the water al lot of big rocks, get a swimming shoes. The crstyle clear water was irresistible.

I liked my Room and the spectacular view of the Red sea. The hotel is recently furnished and bed is very cosy and comfortable. Also, the staff members specially the lady at the front office her name is Nurhan was extremely helpful and very friendly. She was also quite interested in checking in every day to see if our accommodation was good and satisfying. The entertainment team was very keen to make guests happy and angage with them.

the toilet was smelly all the week even after been cleaned everyday and the finish of it wasn’t great . I would recommend if the do some refurb will be much better .

it was comfy and the stuff was friendly specially Mohamed sobhy who sorted out the problem with the first room I have been put on and he got involve to change the room for me . also I got to mention Joanna who booked a restaurant for us and she was friendly . also i would like to mention Emad at the reception bar who did look after us over the week we stayed .

The food variety was good but the quality was very poor and not delicious at all.

There was no much food variety, and quality except for the breakfast. Fresh juice was powder juice packs.

Fresh juice with extra charge Mango with extra charge All inclusive means all inclusive.. Especially that Egypt is known for their fresh juices and mango, I was a little disappointed.

Very clean, friendly staff, great location. Amazing beach, excellent kids club. The aqua park is nice for adults as well. You don't need to leave the resort

we enjoyed our stay everything was perfect, and all the stuff were super nice, cooperative and welcoming especially Ms. Nourhan as guest relations and Mahmoud as room service despite the hotel was almost full capacity
