Just had to pay extra for tours as a little out of the way

First time in Egypt and what a treat this place was. Food available all the time with exceptional staff who make sure you are spoilt to the most. Rooms are spacious and well cleaned every day. Food is very very nice and we feaated all the time. There is a attached beach with one of the finest snorkeling area I have visited. Would especially like to mention Samir from the dining room floor and how professional and courteous he was.

Ms. Hadeel, the Guest Relation Manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Unprofessional and lazy staff, all time they act like they do something, but nothing was clean...When you ask anything, you can feel that for them it means to do sth more than they would like to... the same like year ago, nothing changed to better, our last visit there unfortunately...

Was a wonderful vacation staying at this resort The staff are extremely nice and ready to help at anytime ,Mrs.Jacqueline the Manager always made sure that we are enjoying,providing us with all of our wishes even the small details. The food Buffet was very good and had huge variety of dishes and always open !! Activities and shows everyday,one day was beach party,another day a singer,fire show and there was also a theater! I‘m really impressed and I will keep staying at this resort every time i visit Hurghada

The rooms are not 5 star, below average and out dated Shower was very very small and dirty, and water stopped working at one point Room service was terrible , had to go down and get things ourselves Food was well below average and it was cold many food options but nothing you would expect in a 5 star

I liked everything about this hotel, it is second time here , I was last year as well and was the same as good. Food is good but can be improved at deserts and starters, garden and pool very nice maintain and the sea and the beach is amazing. I had a very good massages at the hotel SPA and I cannot recommend Kareem enough , the best seller on the beach and hi is our friend now from the last year .

The only thing that was a bit of a problem, in the morning was a hard to find a free bed on the beach. In the afternoon was better

I would have loved if they had better soaps and shampoos in the shower. Also, it would have been nice to have more fruits and vegetables at meals.

I loved the energy, there is always something you can do here. Also the food is nice, and you can also eat and drink on the beach.

They removed the waterfall on the main pool, we liked it when we came in 2 years ago, also the WiFi is congested and not covered very well in addition to an average 4G coverage across the resort, you can use the internet but just lightly.. Internet connection is very fast at low-usage times like 2 to 7 am

The standard rooms were upgraded and became very neat, beach is one of the best I've ever seen, pools are also great, staff are super friendly specially Jacqueline which helped us in everything even without asking, the food quality and diversity is amazing, everything was just great

Everything was above expectations. The staff is friendly, amazing animation team , water activities and musical activities at night plus young kids activities. The slides fit everyone. They have 2 long slides for big kids and adults and other slides for infants and young kids. The check in was smooth and fast although it was peak time (feast). I strongly recommend this hotel and definitely will revisit again! Best of luck Pyramisa Family😍

Completely misadvertised and deception with all pictures show. Don't make the same mistake that ruined our vacation. Horrible hotel. Trust me, this is not a 5 star. Buffet food has no taste or quality. Absolutely no variety. On some days, the breakfast made us sick to our stomach. The only thing eatable was plain old bread and butter We had to find a nearby real 5 star hotel to eat dinners at, no to mention the additional cost. Overall Dirty. Disgusting sanition. Cleaning people simply do not know how to clean. (Poor training ?) Staff swindels and cheats you out of money. Overchaged me 3 times. Stole € 24 in total. 10 days no airconditioning for an expensive Jr. Suite. Every day I would call the receptionist and complain but they simply did not care at all to do anything about it. Had to sweat at nights with not cooling available. Only blew hot air. Pool cleaning in middle of day and rudely telling us not to use the pool. In general, most of the staff were rude and ignorant.
