The plug sockets of our room should be changed. I faced the problem in my room, I can't say the condition of the plug point in other rooms.

The behaviour of the owner, location, cleanliness everything is beautiful. At night when we returned in the hotel we lost the way. Then I called in the hotel. Within a few minutes the owner sent his brother to guide us to reach the hotel. I recommend to all the tourists to stay here. Your holiday will be more amusing if you choose the mountain view room which I choose.

Clean. Comfy room with good beds, good bathroom facilities. Hot shower, Cable tv, good Wi-Fi. Location was great for the pyramid excursion. Nice view from the rooftop of the pyramids. Local neighbourhood with markets, shops and cafes. Staff were excellent throughout and helped us whenever possible (airport pick up, Ubers). Breakfast was tasty and authentic.

The view where I stayed did not match the pictures but still a lovely place to stay and to watch the pyramids while eating breakfast. Didn't like the repeated messages from the reception over whatsapp asking for a review and reminding me of the work to allow me to check-in early.

Arrived early from Luxor and was accommodated to check-in early. Room was clean and comfortable and WiFi was good. Very close to some nice restaurants and a supermarket - as well as being a short walk from Giza Necropolis. The lady who greeted me and served breakfast was so kind and warm.

The room is comfortable and clean. The host is really nice, and he offers me free water, towels and breakfast. You can also see pyramids at the place where you have breakfast. Nice experience!👍👍

Tam is an amazing hotel receptionist. He goes above & beyond for his guests! He has brought us food, when we didn’t ask because he knew we were tired! He has also helped us get our money back from tour guides that have scammed us, when he simply didn’t have to! The hospitality that Tam brings is unmatched! He would bring us water & tea out of the kindness of his own heart! The facilities are well kept up & we had an amazing view of the Pyramids for multiple days!! I highly recommend that you book this hotel with Tam when visit Egypt, because I guarantee that you’ll be a happy customer with a good, quality price! I have been to 39 countries & 135+ destinations & never had such a pleasant stay like this! BOOK EXPERIENCE PYRAMID VIEW HOTEL!!!!

The host was an exceptional person, always interested and passionate about making me comfortable. Took his time to organise my personal shopping and my spa experience. The hotel was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Good view of the pyramids, sphinx, GEM from the rooftop , and pyramids from the bedroom. Location very close to shops. The breakfast portion was great to fill you for the day. I will be using it again and again.

Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, they arranged a wonderful tour for our family with the most amazing tour guide. They cooked us a local meal one evening which was delicious. Fabulous location with amazing views of the pyramids from the terrace.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cairo! The place is incredibly clean and tidy, and you can tell the staff really care about keeping everything in great condition. I expected much more from a place with such high ratings, but later realized the owner insists quite a lot on guests leaving a perfect 10, which felt a bit off. Pros: The view of the Pyramids is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset! The room is spacious and beautiful, with a minibar (complimentary water), comfy beds, warm blankets, and efficient A/C. The bathroom has a proper shower enclosure and comes with toiletries. The large window with pyramid views is definitely a highlight. The staff is friendly—Mahmoud does his best despite language barriers, and the manager, Tamer, responds quickly on WhatsApp (though he’s rarely around despite the 24/7 reception claim). Location: Right by the archaeological site, which is fantastic! Cons: Breakfast is disappointing—nothing like the pictures. Service times are inconsistent, usually starting at 9 AM (once even at 10 AM?!). Plates weren’t very clean, with hair and sticker glue residue, which was unappetizing. Honestly, it might be better not to offer breakfast at all. Cleanliness issues: The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned (stained towels, dirty toilet, and floor). Only one near-empty toilet paper roll was provided, and it took almost an hour to get more. The wardrobe has a strong camel-like smell, and the curtains are visibly dirty. Building & surroundings: The area is a bit run-down, with trash on the streets and a lot of noise at night. The building itself looks neglected—the stairs are blocked, and the elevator has no door, which is quite dangerous. Overall: This is a good budget option but feels more like a hostel than a hotel. With more attention to detail, it could truly live up to its potential. I wanted to give it a 10, as I was heavily encouraged to, but for now, I’ll rate it a 7—though, realistically, it’s a solid 6.5.

Its the worst place to stay and its very dirty and not good view actually and rooms are so small and smell dirty and i found alot of hair on bedsheet and the bathroom smell dirty and it wasn’t clean
