I had an amazing stay at 4 elements. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect. In the middle of normal Egyptian neighborhoods and close to my training course yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway yet close to shopping centers and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend 4 elements to anyone looking for a great experience.

My stay was exceptional. The front desk is working 24/7. They gave us a very warm welcome and helped us check in. The room was very clean, the bathroom sanitized, large clean bed, AC, large screen, offered 2 different breakfast meals with time of our choice, and it was delicious.The front desk was so fast to provide us with everything we needed. It's located in an older and more authentic side of Cairo, which i liked it too. Overall, my stay was exceptional and would book again when in Cairo.

Surprisingly good hotel as I was very much expecting it yto be Ok at best but really exceeded my exceptations. The owner Abu Abdullah and two lead staff Mohamed and Bishoy were amazing hosts and really made our stay comfortable.

Breakfast was the same everyday and there is likely to be waste if you don't eat everything offered in the breakfast platter. A buffet would ensure less waste. We also didn't quite understand why we were charged for milk in the coffee.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff very very friendly and helped us with recommendations and printing of our boarding passes. The beds were super comfortable - we had a lovely stay!

The water in the bathroom went off we had to switch the fuses but nothing major

The place is brand new and the room are big. We had a family suite wich was 2 bedroom 1 with a king size bed really comfy and one with 3 single beds and a huge balcony.....the breakfast we chose the continental breakfast for a little extra they can bring it to the room ..we are in sharm el sheik now and we miss the comfort we had in the four element hotel...as well the staff was really friendly and helpful will definitely book again if going back to cairo

Blackout for the last day stay due to electricity bill problem. It is not a big deal but for your future arrangement, please make sure it will not happen again to other customer. Even it was 25 minutes blackout, the time is important to us because we was packing our things to go to airport and the time was rigid. Anyway, the receptionist said sorry to us and we feel good for that. Thanks again for your kindly action.

Room was spacious. All things we need like microwave, washing machine, electric stove are available. Bathroom also spacious and clean with modern design. Internet was fast and also they have a smart tv. Location little bit far from Cairo centre but it was good location for family because very calmly area, no noise like honking all the time in the city. Bed also comfortable to sleep well. I will definitely to stay in this hotel if i come to Cairo again. Thanks to all staffs for good cooperation and kindly help.

Unfortunately they didn't have a kitchen so I had to order food from outside using talabat which took long. Also in the room there was a nice room extension/balcony with desk but that part of the room was missing a power socket so I couldn't use my laptop there easily. Also the driver dropped me off at the wrong airport terminal so I had to get the airport train to reach the right one. He was a bit old so perhaps he didn't understand properly l, hence, I didn't complain much.

Just finished a two week stay at this hotel and WOW!!!! What a beautiful experience this was, I’ve stayed in many hotels over the world and this by far has to be one of best. From the moment we arrived until we left me and my family were made to feel very welcomed. For me when staying at hotel how the staff are is a very big part of my holiday and here the staff are absolute diamonds!!! They will bend over backwards to help you and anything you need is never a problem. Mazen & Romey were brilliant in reception and their knowledge of the English language is excellent. All the staff are amazing!! Abu Ali is also a gentleman, he some made lovely room decorations as a surprise for my son’s birthday which was very sweet. The rooms are immaculate, modern and all very clean and the balcony we had was huge running the whole length of the apartment. TV was massive oven is very good and also the fridge. It has a quick freeze option which is great for getting drinks really cold after a day out in the heat. Beds comfortable and we got really good nights sleep. Lots of storage in both rooms and Abu Ali brought us loads of hangers for our clothes soon as we requested. Bathroom is perfect with nice shower and good water pressure. Location is excellent close to all the shops and food joints, juice bar, bakery, supermarket where if you’re nice they will carry all your shopping home for you!! Hotel is two minutes from where you can get a bus to almost anywhere and one minute from money exchange place. Reception can also order Uber taxis for you if that’s your preferred mode of transport. Hotel has a minibus that can be privately hired for excursions and the rates are very cheap and affordable. Their driver is also very nice. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and my stay here was extremely special, God willing I will definitely be returning for another stay in the future. The hotel is a very rare find in the dust of Cairo and we all loved our stay here.
