The service is good, the restaurant is in the boat on the nile river, it is a nice place to have dinner, and the pool is food, my daughter enjoyed it very much.

Everything was beyond belief. The food was incredible and the chefs Mahmoud Al-Bassel, Mustafa, Ibnoub, Saad made sure that we experienced the best that Egyptian cuisine has to offer. The concierge team helped us organize unforgettable adventures, including our visit of the Giza pyramids with Mo, our very knowledgeable and passionate egyptologist and private tour guide and Sayed Bekhit our amazing and very helpful driver. We also enjoyed some very relaxing and rejuvenating massages and facials thanks to the excellent spa team and the stunning facilities. Finally the attention to details was unmatched with little surprises left in our room by the turndown staff, including a special treat to celebrate International Women's day. The service was overall exceptional and we had a very comfortable stay.

This hotel is so beautiful. Our room was amazing and we were upgraded. Breakfast space and breakfast itself was great. The room service was great and food really good. The hotel staff were also great with organising our transfers to airport. We only stayed here for 1 night but next time I visit Cairo I would stay here.

Great Hotel at a Great Location in Cairo. The view is either towards the Nile river or the pyramids - hence definitely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was not included in the price of the room, but was worth every cent. Altogether the different restaurants were great. Great place to come with kids as well.

The room service made mistakes both times we ordered and that made for some disruption in enjoyment as we had to wait for the correction to be made. The first time the pasta I received was extremely salty, like the top fell off the shaker by accident. When the replacement came, I got the sense the person was annoyed with me for requesting a remake. Pointing at the dish, 'What is wrong with it" Well sir, I told the person on the phone and they should have informed you. Why are you asking me again? I don't know if they ever tasted it to confirm it was too salty, but he sure made it clear for me to try the new one to see if it was ok. Having to wait another 20-25 mins for the pasta kinda ruined the enjoyment of the meal as well as the progression of eating. Plus by that time, the little bits of the meal I had already had made my appetite less and was hard to enjoy the fresh pasta. The second time we had order two mango juice but only one came. A small inconvenience, but again, once you get your food you want to just sit and enjoy and not be having to wait slightly unsettled not knowing how long it will take.

The City Suite was massive and had two restrooms. One of my favorite things to do in a nice hotel is use unethically preposterous amounts of water in the shower and tub and these bathrooms delivered. The water pressure was amazing, filling the tub in mere minutes while the instahot water was also excellent. The bed was most comfortable as usual. Love their sheets and pillows combination. Our goal for our stay was to monopolize the room as sanctuary for relaxing at the end of our trip and the room certainly delivered. The construction of the hotel is also top notch as the room felt like an isolation chamber of quiet bliss. Sturdy and solid walls and floors felt like there was true privacy as we did not hear anything outside of our room aside from the street noise.
