The staff are very friendly and knows eactaly how to make hers customers satisfy. Kindness, Respectfulness, Service-Minded Personality,Professionals always find solutions to your problems and try to answer you every singel question just to make you staisfy. Location is central, next to metro station & shops for basic needs, making it convenient. All the staff & owner were super excellent which was a huge plus. Cleaning is done daily, which a lot of establishments don't. The rooms are private like it is in hotels and not dorm bunk- bed rooms, though the name is hostel. So you have your own comfortable room. While the building exterior, doorway & lift looks typical of old buildings in old neighborhoods, the interiors are renovated with modern amenities & facilities, so don't go by the exterior. It's well worth the price & comfort. Highly recommend

There was mould in the corners of the ceiling. Entrance has no sign (it does say No 2, but not the hotel name). Breakfast is either in the room, or in a limited space with just two tables. Breakfast was somewhat slow as it is made by two hard working women trying to operate in a very small kitchen space.

Great location in central Cairo, next to the metro. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with great TV (Netflix). Fabulous modern shower unit with hot water.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, truly giving off a 'home sweet home' vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, close to everything you could possibly need, making it super convenient. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay

It doesn’t look best from the outside but inside is fine. Had some issues with electric sockets but they fixed them right away.

Great small hotel in the perfect location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Zeinab. Ignore the outside as its all new and renovated in the rooms.

Workers seem to be always out of the reception when you need them… once I was waiting from 8:00 until 9:15 to get breakfast and end up leaving without it…

The rooms are better than they look in the pictures… very clean! Bed and pillows are amazing! Shower is amazing!

Very bad wifi, there were some bits from the ceiling that kept falling off at the sides of the room (clothes always had some white bits if left on the chair by the wall. Bathroom has no (or not working) extraction fan, so itfelt quite humid in the room and bathroom.

Amazing location, very clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast in the morning. Room was nicer than expected. Amazing value for money!

Excellent experience. The place is very cozy and clean, with a perfect location to explore the city. The room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and assisted us with our issues. The hot water is a bit unreliable - sometimes cold, sometimes warm, sometimes boiling hot. But maybe there's a trick we weren't aware of. I'm sure the hotel staff would've fixed it if we'd asked. After a hot day in Cairo, a cold shower is nice anyways.

Top Location close to Tahrir Square and all major sights of Cairo. Ahmed was very kind and helpful, he organised tours for us and was always happy to answer our questions. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is nice. If possible ask for one of the quiet rooms with windows to the side alley instead of the main street. And check if the windows are closing to avoid noise.

I had a great first impression at the hotel. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was OK. The location was great. It's very accessible. The facilities were good. Comfortable beds, working AC, bidet in the toilet and the best of all, the digital shower! It was my first time to try it and I enjoyed it a lot.
