Totally No major issue but some small notes to have perfect experience: The food need more variety ( but it was good ) Some amenities need some maintenance and care ( but not significantly) Sometimes the service was A little bit Slow

- They have exceptional sandy beach with clear water and sometimes you can find cute fish swimming around. - The location is superb in city center and near from everything. - Also good pool with good space and length suitable for everyone. - They had Christmas decorations, that was very nice. - Smooth check in and check out. - Staff were friendly and welcoming specially Mr. Ahmed hussein the operation manager and good chefs - good bars and available drinks most of the day

I have some concerns about the room service, stuff like soap and toilet tissues should be replenished without asking for. The restaurant is good overall, but the salads need to have more variety.

It's value for money and considered to be the best cheapest hotel in Naama bay that overlooking the sea directly. I was receiving a call everyday from the reception, that they were making sure everything is ok with me and my room. The whole staff was nice specially chef Saied, Mr. Emad the restaurant manager, and the nightshift security guard at the beach gate. Animation team and night shows are live everyday. The pools are amazing and the beach is great. For sure, I will go back there again.

I think everything was good Maybe they need to take care of quality and quantity of drinks and snacks in bars Kids area needs to be covered, maybe half of it at least

A very nice stay at Gafy Resort in December Room 1134 from 05 to 08 Dec. Reception was very nice and helpful, upgrade our room to superior and also added another bed for my children Thanks mr walid and mr sayed Food was very good, variety in taste you can find what ever you want thanks to cheif said with his always beautiful smile 😊 Aqua is working every day about 3 hours There's a heated pool Sea is the best in Sharm Elshikh with many activities with animation team Hotel service team clean the room every day and provide us with tea, nescafe, sugar and water Also soap and shower gel and tissues It was a really nice stay and first time in December Will repeat it

Nothing is bad, there is a noticable effort from the hotel staff to improve the services, and I think the hotel rate deserves to go higher on booking.com.

Everything was great, you guys made our stay remarkable. * Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Hussein for his warm welcoming, facilitating our check-in, and taking care of our requests along with our stay. * The restaurant manager, Mr. Emad Hassan is really doing a great job, He is a hard working person and making sure everything goes smoothly when the restaurant is full of guests. * The food variety is fair, and it was very tasty. The barbeque is amazing and almost available everyday, thanks to the chef Mr.Sayed who was very helpful and had a professional attitude. * This animation team is so nice and very active. * The beach is great, large part of it is sandy, and long part of it has a beautiful reef. * Heated pool was nice. * It's value for money. * Finally, I decided to extend my stay for 4 more nights.
