after payment hotel was fully booked and we moved to another hotel ( Giza pyramids inn) no booked pyramid view rooms and very dirty.

The best thing was leaving.

the room we booked wasn’t available so we were moved to a different hotel for the first night, the following 2 nights again we’re not in the room we had booked. we paid a premium for a quadruple room but were placed in a twin without any offer of a refund

I can’t really say anything that was disagreeable.

everyone is incredibly helpful! I felt very comfortable. the air conditioning works perfectly. the shower was nice and hot with excellent water pressure.

It is very noisy. We stayed in a room close to the reception, and even overnight the staff was speaking loud. it was difficult to sleep. They also put some incense in the reception area, so the bedroom is always smelling incense, which I didn’t like.

The staff is kind and helpful. Bed is comfortable and the rooftop has an amazing view.

It is a rip off. We paid for a balcony view room. They gave us a dark room in the back with no view. They wanted to give us a small discount ( still much more than room worth).

The roof top was great and breakfast bare but passable.

when we arrived they told us that the room we originally booked was no longer available. they moved us to another hotel. scam. toilet was stained with poop. bathroom was not cleaned. while me and my other female friend were getting ready to sleep a man entered into our room. the excuse was that “he didn’t know we were there”. inexcusable. moved us to another room. the owner did not even seem apologetic. do not stay here.

We didn’t get the room we booked. The manager told us they had had mice in the room and it smelled bad so we stayed on the ground floor, no windows, next to reception and heard staff until 2am banging doors and talking loudly outside the door. we were offered the room where the mice had been reported for the second night but was rather put off?!

- Pick up from the airport was late. - super noisy hotel. Not very clean. Very dodgy area. - When we arrived the receptionnist named Hany told me that the room that we booked was not available and that he will give us another room and 10 dollars discount from the original price. Also I had to wait 30 minutes for that room.Then he asked me if I wanted to do a tour guided with his team. I already had a tour booked but then he did a good offer however the next day the tour ended up being different fron what was planned and it got cancelled in the middle of the day and I got refunded 10 dollars on the 130 usd. Complete scam. don’t do the tour with them and avoid dealing with Hany. - poor state of the facilities. - Food is mediocre. Everything is frozen and reheated, packed or from cans. No fresh food at all.

Giza Pyramids View Inn is the perfect place to stay in Giza. It's close to everything but we didn't hear any noise from the road at night. The view from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is fine and it's also possible to have lunch or dinner at the rooftop for a reasonable price. The staff is great. We were provided with free water, they arranged transport whenever we needed one and they even organised a breakfast to go for us when we left early for our trip to the White Desert. Communication was also super easy. The room was spacious and comfy. We absolutely recommend staying there :)

It was quite run down to be honest. It was very noisy and difficult to get a good nights sleep in that area. The staff were amateur and unprofessional and the breakfast was really poor.

The views from the room were fantastic! They also have a nice roof terrace.
