From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was exceptional! The staff, food, amenities, and facilities were amazing. The location and the room we stayed in were also quite exceptional. Only 1 pool was heated and the pool area was extremely (too) crowded. Childrens waterpark was not heated. Check- in did not make us feel welcomed. First 5min I tought we came to a wrong hotel because the communication from the reseptionist was rude. But then came Angie, and things changed for the better.

Mostly we liked personel. Housekeeping made a fabulous job every single day in our room. Huge bonus was the towel art that the housekeeper made for our child, it made him so happy ❤️ Also personel at the restaurants. They noticed children in a wonderful way every single day. And big thank you to Angie (guest relation manager) who made our vacation at Gravity easy as possible and made sure that we had all we needed.

WiFi terrible. They posted a review in my name so don’t give them the PIN number that you get when booking. You can’t swim in the ocean near the beach, it’s too shallow but you can swim if you walk the pier.

Great staff, good food, nice beach, clean good swimming pools and a lot of lifeguards. A lot happening for the kids, good outdoor playground.

The shower door was not closing properly, leading to water seeping out, making the bathroom floor wet. The bathroom door was very tight and made noise while closing/opening.

The resort is very well maintained. It has great facilities. The food buffet is quite elaborate, with many things to choose from.

While my overall experience at Gravity Hotel was wonderful, there was one minor issue that affected my stay. The hotel uses solar power for water heating, which means that hot water availability can sometimes be inconsistent, especially during cloudy days. On one occasion, I found the water to be lukewarm, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff was quick to address my concerns, and I appreciated their efforts to ensure my comfort. It’s a small drawback, but definitely something worth noting for anyone planning to visit.

I recently stayed at Gravity Hotel with my wife and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. A special shoutout to Ahmed Nageh at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to all my needs. He offered great recommendations for local attractions and even helped with a small issue I had with my room, resolving it quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and Ahmed truly made my visit memorable. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-located. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my balcony and the plush bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep. Beachfront location, really good aquapark and lots of kids pools. A good family vibe. Accessible for pushchairs/wheelchairs. Reception staff very helpful, especially Alaa, who is reception manager and helped with booking alacarte restaurants and sorting problems.

The food in the main restaurant was disappointing and when we thought that going to the Italian restaurant (one of the a la carte restaurants in site) would compensate us, it turned to be an awful idea, the pizza was a burned bread, pasta was awful and salad and dessert bar was just a sample of the food in the main restaurant.Generally, the quality of food was very poor, this food is not supposed to be served in a 5 star hotel. The AC was noisy in all of the 3 rooms they gave us and it’s cooling power was very low.

The aqua was great, the kids aqua was next to the adults aqua and both were very good. The entertainment team was awesome and their program was diverse and interesting every single night. The guys in the aqua were very descent and nice the staff in general was nice.
