A/C was playing up and end up calling at reception at 1:30am which was dealt promptly. Door handle was stiff and struggled to open throughout my stay. Breakfast was good though could have been better.

View from roof top was stunning. Probably best location along with other hotels. View from my room balcony was great as well. Located just next to Pyramid ticket office. Pyramids Can be visited by yourself if you don't need a guide and happy to walk around Pyramid which can be lengthy walk. All staff and manager were great. Particularly Samir is a very good and chatty guy. Manager been kind enough and allowed me my own food at Roof top restaurant. Can enjoy Lights and Sound free of charge from roof top without paying single penny with best possible view. Sameer arranged/sorted my visit to Pyramid with short notice. I really am happy that I chose this hotel.

Our room wasn't super clean, the plumbing requires a bit TLC.

Outstanding setting, can't fault that. We all slept really well and the staff was happy to facilitate specific requests.

Initially the reception person did not give room to the same hotel. instead of he tried to send us in Pyramid view Bread and Breakfast hotel, which is not good at all. Initially he mentioned it’s same extension hotel and they didn’t have any vacant room left. After lot of argument he gave us one room in the same hotel. But they didn’t show us the room, just gave the keys. There was no intercom in room. Toilet flush was not working properly.

located to many attractions, this hotel had much to offer. Very clean and secure, we loved our time here. They offer a fantastic breakfast which was a great start to our day. Rooms were clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again when in Giza.

The room wasn’t really clean, the bathroom light was no working and the breakfast was a bit dirty and non-clean at all.

Nice views, but it’s the only good thing here. The hotel needs a refuebishing, too expensive for what it is.

This hotel's rooftop is absolutely next level. I don't think one can get a better view of Giza's most attractive postcard; the Pyramids. Nonetheless, I must highlight Ahmed's hospitality. I'd recommend this hotel to families and groups of friends, without a doubt just because of Ahmed's professionalism and hospitality, he made our day. The staff is SO very nice that I think it's even also perfect for solo travellers. They also found us the best guide in town, Abdul! He was super fun and made us feel like we were family.

To start with, there was no available rooms which they only told us about after I paid. (We booked the hotel a week ago) We were brought to another hotel which smelt of Insect spray and other fumes. We were then brought to a third hotel which we slept in. (They wanted to charge us more money for beds even though we already paid for non existent beds in the last hotel.) The manager shouted at us and was not very helpful. We arrived at 12am and finally got a bed at 2:30am. We were so tired and no refunds were offered.

I was very disappointed as I was not provided with the room with a balcony that I had booked originally. I did complain to the manager and got moved to a bigger room but it still wasn't what I had paid for.

It all started with the surroundings of the property: very dirty and smelly. The guy at the front desk had a heavy argument with another guest for about 10 minutes while I was there waiting to check in. The room was not clean and the bedding was not changed from the previous guest. The breakfast was very bad. Got 2 boiled eggs and water. Forks and knives were not clean. At night I ordered a sandwich at the rooftop restaurant and waited for 45 minutes before I left the place without eating. At last but not least - asked for a late check out and after paying what the guy from the reception told me to pay - this same guy asked for money as a prize or bribery - pretend I didn't understand.

I think that the only good thing about this hotel was the location right next to the Pyramids.

Stayed here last week and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The most friendly and helpful staff and the food was amazingly delicious from the fantastic breakfast, to the dining room and the room service all done to the highest standard. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable we will definitely be coming back.

Excellent service and location, friendly staff, and good prices. They offer tour services and they have very good drivers but it is pricey. Good to try as a first time visitor. Staff need to be more strict with queues at the restaurant. Enjoyed my stay
