The fridge kept making noise

When I arrived at the airport, I asked the hotel to pick us up, but the staff said that I should have asked 2 days before of the arrival. It’s our fault, but I was sad.

You can see pyramids and sphinx from the rooftop of this hotel!!! It’s amazing. Also, room is big and shower and toilet are very good.

A little run down with not all electrical sockets working and a few quirks here and there. The area has a lot of vendors so walking around the hotel is not pleasant.

The views are amazing and well-located for the pyramids. Staff were generally quite friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was the same everyday and was not fresh on some mornings as it seems they put the same food out.

The property has a stunning view of the pyramids. It’s probably one of the best views in Giza. The restaurant was great too. But I have to say the staff were the best part! My mother and I were treated like royalty! Thank you all. We loved our stay there

The tour that i bought its not worth it (pyramids, Saqqara) its better if you google the information because the guide dont know to much, and they will get you to stores that ask to buy something, and they will hurry you up to finish quick

The neighborhood is quite messy, charging the phones were quite difficult since the european plug did not stick to the connector well

The wifi has very poor connection.

The view of the pyramids from the restaurant is amazing. Is exact as mentioned in the photos of the booking. Also you can enjoy the Light Show from the terrace. Nice experience

Great location and view from the rooftop restaurant. The staff were all very lovely and made us feel very safe during our stay. They even accompanied us to walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend to anyone, including solo travellers.

A bit of pressure in regard to tours

The dinner food was expensive, portions were small, and the quality was not satisfactory. We couldn't eat much at breakfast due to many of the plates being dirty (some even had detergent foam on them). Additionally, the fruits were not well-washed, and some packaged items were not fresh.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hayat Hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, offering a perfect view of the Pyramids. The hotel is conveniently located near the entrance to the Pyramids. The terrace is amazing, possibly the best in the area, where you can enjoy the light show. The natural juices served were very good. The staff was consistently friendly and ready to assist. I recommend choosing a room with a view of the Pyramids, as others might face the camel stables (and the associated smell).

Rooms were more like hostel comparison - my view was obstructed by another building when it was meant to be a pyramid view - no WiFi in the room and having to go down 3 floors to get a decent signal.

Staff were excellent and very helpful - Jamal, sugar queen, Doonia, Mustafá and everyone were extrhelpful and made the stay enjoyable.

I stayed in a room with pyramids view and it was amazing! The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing but the view from the roof top is speechless! You feel like in a dream! The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful staff! I recommend to spend 1 night here for the amazing view.

The higher priced room with a pyramids view was actually not as good as the lower priced room. The bathroom for example is better in the lower priced room

It has not exactly to do with the hotel but they offered a guide tour which was completely a scam. The guide made us feel in a rush, took us to many places where we were compeled to buy things at overstating prices, a real rip off. I even had an argument with the guide as he said we must take a ride in a camel (not included) but we don’t support the animal mistreatment, until I said that in the most respectful way he must stop trying to convince us to do it. After that he took more money from us and he even wanted good tips.

It has a great location, the staff is friendly and the price is fair enough.

The sheets on the beds were dirty. The shower and sink were running in the room and there was a flood in the bathroom all the time. The rooms were old and would require renovation.

The view at breakfast is worth it. The best view of the pyramids. Thanks to that view, you will forget all the minuses of the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very tasty by Egyptian standards.

The double and triple rooms are better than rooms with kingsize bed. Wifi doesn't work inside rooms. The smell of all street, but this is Giza e everywhere.

The terrace on the roof top has an amazing view. The staff is very kind and available to the customer 24h
