Samir is an amazing manager, extremely professional, very nice and always very interested in making the clients happy. The same with the rest of the staff, who really make you feel at home, safe and like a family member. These are genuinely good people and you feel like a friend of all of them. I will never forget how good it was to stay at this hotel. Oh, and it also has the BEST view of the pyramids in the entire area, sitting in their terrace is like being in a dream.

I wish it had a bar.

The view could not be better. You have an unobstructed look directly onto the face of the Sphinx. The breakfast buffet is Large and excellent. The location is ideal.

I don't recommend eating dinner here. Very overpriced.i guess they build in a view of the pyramids cost. Pretty over priced.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent location directly opposite the Giza pyramids entrance. Good sized, comfortable rooms. Good buffet breakfast on the rooftop. The rooftop view of pyramids is stunning.

The food prices in the restaurant are really high compared to other restaurants in Egypt. I booked the none-view rooms and regreted this - would have been lovely to wake up seeing the pyramides.

The view from the restaurant is amazing. Staff members make you feel very welcome. The hotel is right next to the ticket office for the pyramides.

Pyramids view from the room is okay. It is part of the pyramids not all. Lots of dogs barking early in the morning in the area. No water coming in the morning so had to go to reception and ask them to turn it on. It was a quick fix but still a hassle. Water from the shower also coming slow but okay.

The location is great! You get a full view of the Pyramids and the Spinx at a very close distance. The terrace is great and they greet you with a welome drink.

Breakfast was terrible for all the three nights I stayed there. The noise is a lot and it goes on the whole night daily. The none stop pulling of furniture is very bad.

The view from the roof top is excellent. You can clearly see the Pyramids. The room was specious with the Pyramid View. Good wifi

It's a transient hotel. It has its drawbacks. However, the fantastic view makes you forget everything.

The staff is friendly. The view,the view and the view! Definitely the best in Giza. In the first row to the Sphinx.

1. Room view : it should be clearly stated there is any windows (and not mountain view as described in the web). Being 3 nights in a room as such it is sofocated 2. Service : first whole day tv and air conditioner control didnt work..it was fixed after 7 times asking in reception

Street very smelly and dirty with many street hagglers roaming around

far from city centre but very near to pyramid. Magnificent breakfast view of the pyramid with nice selection. Free shuttle from airport (3 nights above)

The room had no window. Breakfast could improve for Europeans.

The terrace offers the most beautiful view on the Giza pyramids. The facilities are clean and good value for money you pay. I had dinner on the terrace with view on the evening pyramids lightship 👍🙂

Rooms were OK but the show leaked. We got put in the wrong room (we asked for a pyramid view from room) but they moved us the next day.

Location was next to the pyramids. Lovely staff, who helped book tours and gave advice etc. Great tours.

Breakfast very bad - looked like leftovers from night before and wasn’t sanitary. Very hard sales pitch for overpriced tours.

Wifi speed should be improved.

Its just in front of the Sphinx entrance, very good staff (Ahmed and Ziad). They helped to book our excursions. They have a rooftop cafe from where you can watch the sound and light show for free. Cafe has good food and drinks.
