Wow! What a place, nice view of the pyramids every morning it was breathtaking. Jamal took care of us with everything we needed without hassle. Very friendly staff. Restaurant food was also excellent for dinner and breakfast. Definitley not to miss. You can see the lights and sounds of the Pyramids at night.

The view from the terrace at the top of the hotel as well as the restaurant and its offer is excellent. The staff was also very friendly. Room was spacious and clean, with the basics needed for a short stay. Location is excellent, a few steps from the entrance to the pyramid complex. It is also easily accessible for ordering Uber.

We did a reservation for a dinner table, however when we arrived the table was busy, the waiter did not want to put us in the table we picked besides after dinner he insisted that we tip him with 500 EGP, we were ok with giving 10% of the total amount but he was not happy about it and push us to tip more. Internet was not working at all, and it looks like the Hotel maintenance has not been done in a while, there is a leaking AC in the Breakfast area and another one in the bathroom.

The location was good, we arrived at night, the reception team at night was great, the guy in the reception helped us to get a SIM card and the other guys helped us to pick up our luggage, they also showed us different options we had to do in Cairo and they were very polite and profesional.

The best view to the pyramids and to the sphinx. The sphinx looks at you straight to your eyes. Amazing staff, very kind. Great food and soft drinks. I recommend.

- They try to get as much money out of you by offering all kinds of tours in an intrusive way - First night we slept in a room without a view while we had paid more for a room with a view - Mold in the bathroom - Renovation project with lots of noise from early in the morning until late in the evening - Constant noise of a grinding wheel from 8 o'clock in the morning until 8 o'clock in the evening - floor was a construction dump - The hotel guide was friendly but her explanation of the pyramid and Sphinx was extremely concise to non-existent - tour guide did almost do nothing - Breakfast was not great - wifi did not work

I did not like the fact that the staff were very persistent in selling their tour services. Without exaggeration, I must have refused at least 5 times. The perimeter of the hotel also felt unsafe.

There are two things that I liked best about the hotel: the proximity to the Giza Complex, and the pyramid view of the room. The roof deck was also a definite plus.

you look the Sphinxs straight into the eyes! From the rooms and the balcony you are right at the center of the 3 pyramides, this is definitely the best view you can have. Staff is amazing and you will feel home immediately!
