United KingdomThe quality of food at the buffet was poor for dinner. Guests are mainly local & Russian, therefore English speaking guests are not adequately catered for.
The hotel has a great location & coral reef. Lots of facilities in the hotel.

United KingdomThe staff upgraded us from a double room to a suite/villa which was amazing! Very big and spacious. However we had lizards and mosquitoes in our room many times due to staff opening the balcony doors during house cleaning! This was awful and my husband and I got a lot of mosquitoes on our body! The staff could have taken extra care and precautions to ensure insects/bugs etc do not come in the room. Hygiene and cleanliness could be better. It would also help if the staff there spoke English.

Honestly the hotel used to be good abs rate well. Currently it’s selling for fraction of the price of what it used to be - it needs a revamp the Bed linens is from 1997 and staff are so bored and barely want to serve you

LebanonBathroom sink was not draining, toilet would not flush and no shower handle to hook plastic head. Air conditioner was not working properly, asking for someone to fix it they sent someone and issue was not resolved he left the room and situation was as is. Old dated furniture, everything was old and needed to be updated, doors not aligned. Bad experience would not stay again neither recommend to anyone. Would appreciate a partial refund if applicable. Thank you
