Be aware that the inside taxi stand is not part of the hotel, they don't offer the same standard of service (they can be late), so if you need to book a trip make it before your time.

A little bit worn out furniture and equipment, but not a big deal.

Staff (everybody in a positive mood willing to assist), coral reef, kitchen, facilities on site, proximity to the airport, architecture, gardens. Two kingsize beds in our “superior suite”.

Wifi performance at the beach can be improved.

I was initially skeptical about this resort because of its proximity to the port but so wrong I was. Not only resort the was great but also food was very good. They also upgraded us at our arrival which was very nice gesture. Almost all the staff at the resort were very nice, genuine and helpful. Some examples: The coffee guy at Alfredo restaurant who greeted me with a smile and knew that I wanted a cappuccino after the first day; Mahmoud at the pier, room cleaning guy Mustapha; great people! Grill at every lunch and dinner and lots of other food choices. Resort is close to the airport, which is also convenient. Also importantly, they were very quick to respond to our requests about the room. Highly recommended.

Transportation services are arranged through a third party, a company that has an office at the hotel do not work very well and are a bit expensive. Pickalbatros should have a shuttle service to the airport, which is very close, even if you had to pay for that.

we liked everything but, spcecially, the quality of the service. All the team members were always very attentive.

Everythibg was very comfotable, and all the staff/receptionists were wonderfull, especially Mr. Samy El Rawy, who was always available and reafy to help wiyh anything we needed. They even upgraded out toom to sea view to welcome us, which was exceptional! Thank you to the team for everything!

The air conditioning was not manual but I heard from the guest relations desk that they are going to change this so this is definitely an added value.

Despite the fact that this hotel is a very large hotel complex you do not have the idea of staying in a super crowded hotel.... The friendliness of the staff and the diversity of multiple restaurants and pools was striking. The beautiful coral reef at the beach completed the picture! This hotel is highly recommended if you want to stay in Port Ghalib !!! 👌🏼

The aquagym music too loud and too long for people who just wish to relax and rest by the pool

The room with the fabulous view; the particularly friendly staff ; the exceptional location for snorkeling + scuba diving with the marina only a few steps away and the variety of delicious Egyptian food + a special compliment to the Great Indian Chef Bala for his very tasty buffet !!

The pool got too busy sometimes. At end of the day pool water wasn’t so clean.

It is hard to get chairs at the pools. People go out early in the morning and save pool chairs. When the tide is out, there is hardly any water on the beach to swim in.

The hotel is beautiful, very nicely designed. The room was very specious and nicely decorated with a great view of the pool and the beach from the balcony. Nice bedding and towels and a very comfortable bed. I loved that we were given soft drinks and juices in the room after we checked in. That was a nice touch. There was a great selection of pools. My kids loved the salt water lagoon which is huge and the lazy river. The Olive restaurant was delicious. The Indian dishes were authentic and so tasty. We loved the freshly baked Egyptian bread for breakfast. And of course, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great service everywhere in the hotel. We loved how the fish came all the way to the beach and it was also easy to walk out on the pier to the snorkeling area.

The Palace is part of a larger hotel complex, but you don’t really feel it. There were lots of other guests but it did not feel busy, which meant it was very relaxing!

Honestly, it was unforgettable stay! The service was outstanding from all staff (big thanks to Mr. Salah, Mr. Hany, Mr. Wahid, Mr. Moemen & all marina staff), the resort offering a wide variety of delicious foid options with staff always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are decent and comfortable, giving you a bunch of relaxation vibes. You have everything you may need innur vacation at one place. Finally, it was a memorable experience, craving to come again and we highly recommend this resort.
