There is opportunity to order out via room service for lunch/dinner but the hotel closes the kitchen after breakfast. Could have done with a little bread and jam or cheese after late night arrival instead of waiting another hour or so to eat.

Staff were welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Linen spotless. View unsurpassed. The lift is an experience all in itself! Nice little mini mart downstairs on the corner for all your snacking needs.

Fantastic hotel, view from terrace was breathtaking. Full view of the Pyramids: Staff couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it could have been The hotel arranged airport pickup and also offered a number of tours, two of which we did, the light show and an evening meal on the Nile

The entrance of the building looks like construction (you wouldn’t expect a hotel there) and the area around it is not very nice. The elevator is a bit scary at first (but it works).

Great view of the pyramids. The family that runs the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was good as well (both Egyptian and continental options). You can have breakfast on the terrace while looking at the pyramids. There is also a supermarket right next to the hotel.

This hotel is quite literally perfect - the location is incredible, breakfast whilst looking at the pyramids is a real highlight. The staff are absolutely fantastic, the best customer service we had whilst we stayed in Egypt, nothing was too much trouble whether that was an early or late check in, helping us with a taxi to the airport. The beds were really comfy & bathroom clean & high pressured hot water! Don’t hesitate over booking here!

Had a small wedding reception. Location was spot on as I wanted pyramid in back drop. Staff were helpful, creating a wedding gues table with less than 24hours notice. Friendly and just overall great experience.

You have to ignore the entrance to the building as most if not all properties with views will have the same issue - this is cause most localities in Cairo are the same, unless it’s a 5 star. A little pricey but it was peak season and they made up for it with the service.

One of the best views of the pyramids hands down! The rooms were clean, and the staff is very hospitable. Good breakfast, they also have shisha’s and the terrace is excellent. Although we didn’t opt for one, yours are also conducted. A few like takeaway bfast (cause we had an early flight) was a really good touch!

The pyramid view from rooftop is unbeatable. We see the view every morning when open our eyes. Everyone who works there are very polite and answer all the questions we asked. Tours arranged from hotel staffs are super. It provides clean car, knowledgeable guide and good drivers. Anyway, it is an enjoyable, memorable experience.

TV in our room was outdated, meaning the Netflix option available didn't work and we weren't able to watch anything in English. Not a major but would have been nice when winding down after busy days. Dinner options nearby are a bit tricky but we knew this before we booked. We ordered in one night and ate somewhere basic nearby the other night.

Incredible view. We spent lots of time just sitting on the deck/looking out from our room overlooking the Pyramids. Amazing staff who made sure we were happy with our room, well looked after and they also surprised us with a birthday cake for my partner on the terrace. Felt really safe and well looked after. Airport transfers included which was a bonus.
