the best view of giza pyramids ever! the staff are so friendly, they are always ready to help you at any moment and they surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday and even sang to me. 😊🥳 they made my day very special. thank you so much Khan Duidar inn. i wish i could go back :)

Overall excellent service and the management and the rest of the staff make sure that you are comfortable and that all your needs are met. The roof top view was AMAZING!! We watched the sunset two nights in a row and it was definitely a highlight for us. Having the view of the pyramids from our hotel was an absolute treat! And the staff, Sayed greeted us so friendly when we arrived very late at night, he guided us through all the great places to see and visit, and he drove us to Pizza Hut on our last day. Sayed even arranged for a private car to take us around for half a day. He even walked my husband to the atm machine and supermarket to get beers. He went above and beyond daily. Mohammed our driver was lovely. Ashraf met with us briefly as well for breaky and was welcoming as well. The gentleman who carried our bags up and cleared our tables on the rooftop was lovely. Always smiling at us. The staff at Khan Duidar Inn really make it a special place to stay. The venue is quiet and relaxing and like I said earlier, the rooftop view is AMAZING. I could easily sleep on the rooftop! We would highly recommend Khan Duidar Inn. Shower power was great. Bed was comfy, proper doona, English tv channels, view of pyramids from bedroom, rooftop/balcony door access, peaceful, hairdryer and staff to help with all your needs 24/7.

The location is a bit far to some monuments but does have a beautiful view of the pyramids

When we arrived, we were a little surprised by the location, but once we entered we were greeted by the staff and taken care of immediately. The staff members, Sayyed, Ashraf, Ahmed and Salma were all very hospitable and looked after us throughout our stay. But despite the location, the locals were friendly and the area is nice to roam around. I'd definitely return to Egypt and to the hotel.

Amazing Views of the Pyramids & Location. Friendly environment! Host & Manager were amazing and catered for all our needs. Comfortable rooms with air con and the most amazing terrace views. Amazing tour guide from the hotel. Bombous- ( Mohammad) you were so knowledgeable and amazing with our tours. Highly recommend this tour guide and also the hotel! All staff from host to kitchen staff were so helpful & courteous! AAA+

First of all, the hotel itself is amazing with a great pyramid view which you just cannot stop admiring no matter how much you look at it. Secondly, every member of the hotel was so welcoming and helped us fit in so well. I would like to thank Ashref and Syed who were amazing hosts and helped us through our stay when my wife fell ill with food poisoning. They made sure we were looked after and offered us complimentary healthy meals to aid with getting my wife back to healthy. Also kept checking on us every few hours to make sure we had everything we need which was very nice of them. Overall, I would rate my experience 10/10 and recommend this hotel to visitors looking for a good host and an amazing place to stay

The location of the hotel as well as the exterior and interior of the building is very rundown and was not what i expected at all.

I want to say thank you so much to Saiyed, he was very kind and helpful for all our many requests. One day we arrived late to the hotel and soup was finished, he made us soup at night🙏I and my mum loved his specialty ginger drink so much🙏 Each room has a private table directly to the Gizia Pyramids, this feature is not available in other hotels, please remember this ❤️🙏. No need arrange tour from outside. Hotel has good prices tour options.Drinking tea in front of the pyramids is never unforgettable experience for 4 days!! Thank you so much also hotel owners that they are constantly visiting hotel and closely following everthing professionally. This made me feel very comfortable and safe. See you next time.

Before we got there we already knew the staff was extraordinary! Very kind and helpful, they helped us get a private driver from Taba to Cairo. When we arrived we were welcomed by everyone with a smile and got a room with perfect view to the pyramids. The room was very clean and confortable. The tour we took was very nice and Abdullah was a great guide, Camel was a great driver and extremely nice to talk to.

The wifi coverage was on & off in my room. Not strong to support my online mobile game.

Overall experience was great, the view was amazing especially with the sunset. Windy and comfortable while taking a seat outside. The manager is a friendly person. Night staff kamel was very energetic and friendly person too.

The building is a little hard to find, especially when you arrive late at night like we did. It could have a better sigh that tells you where to go.

The staff was fantastic, very attentive and always making sure you had everything you need. The room was clean and had plenty of room for luggage.

... Well, where to begin. The location was 10/10! The view was fantastic! Nice clean rooms and a nice restaurant! But.. I have to stop myself there to comment on the manager Ashraf and our tour guide Mohamed. Ashraf told us that we will arrive as guests but leave as a brother.. That didn't happen. We arrived as VIP guests and left as a KING and QUEEN! Ashraf was fantastic. He did EVERYTHING in his power to make our two days in Cairo unforgettable.. And our tour guide Mohamed has a masters degree in history, so it was an unforgettable experience to visit Cairo with him. He was with us all the way, and included shopping and trips that we requested for free. I would recommend this hotel every time and will also recommend guests to book excursions directly with Ashraf. Thank you guys for a fantastic stay!

the service and hospitality is very good, mr Ashraf at reception really went out of us way to help us in any possible way with tours, changing money, ordering food, if we needed something in the hotel to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Kamel our driver was the friendliest and nicest person he waited for us at the airport for 4 hours seeing that our flight was delayed and he also made us feel safe and taught us a lot as well about Egyptian culture and heritage. Without Amira our tour guide out wouldn’t have been as spectacular as it was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind hearted soul she helped us with everything and taught us a lot. The hotel is currently expanding and is having some additional work being done to increase its capacity, so there was some noise due to the work , at times the water supply and the electricity became affected due to the works but staff would try and rectify this as and when possible. Other than these temporary issues, there were no major problems during my stay.

An extremely pleasant stay for me. The whole team were welcoming and made it an enjoyable experience. I was looked after very well. The room was modern and adequate for my needs, the view was outstanding. The terrace gives a beautiful view of the great pyramids of Giza. The staff regularly cleaned the room as and when required. I was offered complimentary snacks throughout my stay. Overall, I was made to feel a valued guest of the Khan Duidar Inn and the team were responsive to my needs, I would most definitely stay again!
