We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Arab EmiratesThe stairs before the lift. Luggage’s need to carried in many flights of stairs which Mahmood carried and one time the lift was not working. No bidet.
The owner Mahmoud was very kind and helpful and he made sure our stay and tour will be worthwhile. The room we booked was very spacious with three separate beds. The shower have proper heater and have a strong water pressure. The bed was clean, room is big, tv have international chanel, blower, mini refrigerator, room slippers, towels, bottled water. Modern air condition and even have a bathtub overlooking the pyramids at the window however it will be better if it’s a private balcony but I think since it’s very close to the street it will be so dusty. The rooftop where breakfast is served have a good view of the pyramids although the roof obstructs a good camera shot. Mahmoud was really the one who made our stay memorable with his knowledge on Cairo Tourist spots. He even let his brother bring us to see the pyramid light show which we enjoyed. The welcome mango juice drink was unforgettable. Breakfast was basic. I like the Falafel and coffee and mango juice.

CanadaVery nice hotel and the room was really nice and clean with windows overlooking the pyramids. The view is more than amazing with the hot tub. The staff were very friendly and had great hospitality. The breakfast place was also very nice on the roof with a view of the pyramids. I hope to return to this hotel again and I recommend this hotel to everyone.
