Food is very basic, nothing special. Exactly the same breakfast every single day. Food at the pools are the same every day too, boring: french fries, sausage, pizza.

The buffet restaurant could still improve. A few suggestions: - more vegetarian options - a few plants in the outdoor to create a more inviting ambience - automatic door to the outdoor area (this is really a pain point)

Very spacious and clean hotel complex right on the beach. Great reef for snorkeling and diving! Pleasant atmosphere. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The kids pool with slides is in a different location than the main pool.

Overall not accurate information on booking.com. Upon check-in front office team informed us that we booked soft all-in while on booking.com there is no option to book soft. After long discussion front office gave us all-in bracelets with excuse of upselling. And this you can feel everywhere in the hotel. On the website is mentioned that the hotel have a free wifi however, upon check-in reception informed us that wifi is extra charge and in the lobby area only. Water bottles against extra charge as well, don’t think that you can enjoy cool water on the beach after nice swim. All inclusive is not all-in, most of the alcoholic drinks are against extra charge. A la Carte is not available for one night stay guests. Variety in the main restaurant is poor but acceptable taste. Half of the channels in my room was not working. Water in the room is one small bottle per day per person only. The beach is rocky and sand is not clean from the stones.

The resort needs better management as the reception staff is inexperienced. The restaurant utensils were very dirty. The location is not in Marsa Alam but actually a 1-hour drive, and its in the middle of no-where.

We liked the resort very much as it has a beautiful oceanfront, - Good snorkeling experience, - Large pool with a bar, and helpful staff. - The room was very comfortable and with a good view and landscapes. - Activities centers are within reach. *Mohamad the manager was professional and very helpful and they were kind enough to greet us with pineapple drinks and a cake for our honey moon.

The beach and the sea was very clean however it was very rocky under the water

Everything was great, the hotel cleanness, staff especially the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, the beach and pool staff were very nice When I booked I mentioned that my daughter's birthday will be during the stay and they made us a surprise with a cake and a small celebration, we liked it very much The night shows were very interesting. The food quality and variety need huge improvement . All the juice and soft drinks are mixed with water . They also use powdered milk , no organic milk available . The snacks are really really bad . No lights at the kids area at night . They turn off the AC at the lobby which is super awkward, I’ve never seen something like this ever before .

The staff is super friendly. The interior design of the hotel and specially the rooms is amazing with very good illumination. Everything is clean and neat . The snorkeling spot is fabulous . The shows are very entertaining .Loved the pools . The aqua park is very nice and well maintained but needs expansion. The beach is sandy and very clean , having a water shoes is a must

At the end of a good stay and as I was checking out, they charged me LE 200 for a missing plastic door key which is basically worth Pennies. I spoke with the manager who said he can’t do anything about it, and the rules coming from above. I’m not sure who is the idiot in middle management who thought that making money on lost plastic door keys is a good strategy. This was my last memory of the place and I felt swindled. Don’t think will go back again.

The shops on site were a bit pricey and for a beach resort like this would benefit from selling decent sun protection! We will bring a lot more with us next time!

The main reason for us coming here was the snorkelling, which on the whole was excellent. There were occasions when the sea was rough so you could only go in the shallows but every time we went in the water there was something new to see! I would also really recommend doing a boat trip (organised through the dive centre). The staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
