United KingdomNever mind its dated interior, there is a certain je-ne-sais-quoi about the place. Maybe it is its Soviet-style 1980s architecture, with its large volume of an atrium, angular shaped balconies and suspended staircases with brass balustrades, or its location on the quite island in the middle of the Nile, but from the moment we stepped from the boat, we felt nostalgically serene. The hotel was not crowded. We had the pool to ourselves for a few hours. The staff was nice and more efficient than in a few higher end places we had stayed during our Egyptian sojourn. We loved taking the private boat to and from the hotel, especially in the evening, the tasty French fries, and the pool. Christeen, the lady in charge of guest relations, was amazingly helpful. Good value for money.

The hotel was really impressive. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Easy to get around for my elderly mum who struggled walking. Very helpful and kind staff. We accidentally booked wrong size rooms and they changed our rooms for bigger ones free of charge. The staff made our stay memorable. The food was really delicious and kids under 12 were eating for free. Will definitely recommend that hotel.

The property is located on an island and has free shuttle services to and fro from the main city. The hotel has amazing views. The room was clean, the staff were polite and extremely helpful. The housekeeping was prompt with their service.

This beautiful hotel is in the most stunning and peaceful location. The world stands still and you feel calm as soon as you step off the boat. It is on ISIS island in the Nile and has wonderful views, the flowers fill the air with fragrance. It’s wonderful.

The island location is great and the spacious area allows for enjoyment of both the island and the River Nile. The breakfast is satisfactory, although it would benefit from more fresh juice options. Bed is comfortable.

It’s a beautiful property located at a fabulous location overseeing the Nile river amidst greenery on the very beautiful Isis island..! The property has a complimentary ferry service 24x7 incase you need to access the markets/ sightseeing from hotel and Vice versa. Rooms are well sized and provide lovely views with on site stores / convenience stores etc and also our has amazing restaurants! I would especially love to thank Ms Christeen Geres from the Pyramisa island team for she really made my stay remarkable by personally making sure I feel at home during my stay!!

EgyptThe Pyramisa Isis Island Hotel in Aswan has a stunning location with beautiful gardens and breathtaking views. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure guests are happy. The restaurant waiters were especially friendly, and Ms. Christine, the guest relations manager, checked on me several times to ensure my satisfaction. As a solo female traveller on a business trip, I felt safe and secure at the hotel. I highly recommend it to other women travelling alone. The hotel environment is very safe, and the staff tried hard to ensure the security of their guests.
