The view is gorgeous! The hotel is located on an island in the middle of the Nile. They transport you to the hotel via ferry. The trip is quick and the boat makes rounds every 15 minutes.

I was a little shocked to learn our hotel was on an actual island. I loved the little boat ride to get there. The hotel was exceptional. Clean. Great breakfast. Nicer than I would have imagined especially for the price. I wish we stayed longer and I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Aswan.

bathroom could've been designed better. when you take a shower thers no way to stop water from going all over the floor.

stunning views of the river. great buffet. rooms were great. boat ride to get to the hotel was really cool. wish we stayed longer than 1 night

The staff could guide the guests going to breakfast to a good table for them as sometimes big tables are occupied by 1 or 2 people, while families or bigger groups are left with only the smaller tables.

The staff were very friendly and the view of the River Nile was exceptional. One thing that we liked during our stay were the orange trees that can be found everywhere around the hotel.

Nice room with lovely view over the Nile. Beautiful setting in huge gardens. Nice pools although not heated and very cold in februari. Still nice though. The boat to and from the town runs all the time and gives a little extra, very beautiful route and only 10 minutes.

I needed peace. On the other side of river was wedding...music, praying...too loud like it would be in my room... Unfortunately they could't change room into peacefull one... So, escape from very alive Aswan was not succesfull at all...

The bathroom in our room was outdated and in need of renovation.

Pyramisa is on an island and this makes the location enchanting to take the boat they provide to go back and forth to get to land. The hotel itself is beautiful and the reception area is especially nice. The breakfast buffet was large and clean with something for everyone. Our balcony overlooking the Nile was lovely.

Just remember that you have to take a boat to get to the property we arrived to Aswan airport 11:30 pm and we arrived to a place on the Nile river 12:30 am we were surprised that we have to take a boat to get to the hotel the boat came in 10 min it was good ride late night the area is very safe

Font desk is inefficient, arrogant and not helpful at all. It was the same 2019 . We got a room were the door lock was brocken, the second room had bathroom with lot of dysfunction Thanks to the FRONT OFFICE MANAGER Mr. MOUNIR who arrange the get us a nice and functional room !! Take care, some rooms are renovated and nice, especially on the west side (garden view) and some not and in a very bad shape.

Very nice and quiet location on Island No cars because you need to access by NIL boat passing the famous Elephantine two time a day minimum. Very nice Terrasse for breakfast with view to west side and second Nil arm. But you need to fetch the breakfast stuff inside the main indoor breakfast room.

We went during the vacation season, the restaurant was very crowded but the staff were able to manage and expand the area for the breakfast

The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The rooms are new The housekeeping was keen to satisfy our needs The location was great, the hotel gardens are marvelous. The views from everywhere on the island were like a dream No wonder why Dr Magdy Yacoub chose Aswan to build his hospital

exceptional location on island , good variety of breakfast Buffett , wide room with balcony of nile view a boat every 15 minutes to convey to the other side of the dock , minutes of walk to Souk to purchase spices , macdonalds , some shops around to purchase souvenirs, u can go with microbus to the mall and banks
