Family run, all the staff were absolutely fantastic. There was a honest mistake when we first arrived. The driver that pickedThe hotel is very clean and calm and its prices are suitable us up took us to another hotel and just left us there. Thank God I had been chatting with Kareem on WhatsApp, he sorted it out swiftly, he sent another taxi to collect us. Our stay was very lovely, didn't get a local sim at the airport because I couldn't get Vodafone. I had read up on line how the coverage was good. Kareem got me a orange sim with data, he even ordered us dinner the day we arrived. He was a gem and so was his sister Nada. They arranged our tours and activities. Top notch throughout.

The proximity to the pyramids was the best. The hotel is few steps away from the Sphinx. It was great for limited budget (end of August is a slow season and the room was around 25$/night). I think there maybe was one other guest staying at the hotel.

An amazing stay with stunning pyramid views! The breakfast was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options to start the day. The tour guide was exceptional knowledgeable, friendly, and with us every step of the way. Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience

The view of the Pyramids from the Bedouin-style tent was absolutely stunning such a unique and authentic design that really added to the whole experience. Marwa, our tour guide, was fantastic super knowledgeable and friendly. Big thanks to Abdoul for organizing everything so smoothly, and to the smiling and welcoming front desk team who made us feel right at home. Breakfast was excellent every morning fresh, tasty, and with plenty of options. Overall, amazing value for money. Huge thanks to everyone I highly recommend this hotel
