Our staying in Mak Pyramids View Hotel was very special.  They took us at the airport at our arrival and departure and then when we arrived there was Hany waiting for us. He is such a wonderful person, he was very thoughtful even before our arrival. He promised us to make our trip as beautiful as possible and it was true. Hany gave us a better room than the one we reserved which had a better view on the pyramids for the same price and then he helped us to organise a tour with the hotel based on our financial availability. In the afternoon, he gave us a little tour of the city and he told us stories about the culture and the people who lives there. The room was clean and comfortable, it had everything needed suchas a fridge with beverages, some snacks and air conditioning. The breakfast and the dinner were prepared by them with traditional and local food with love. The atmosphere in the hotel was familiar and give us the chance to go through the traditional and local Egyptian culture. As for the tours, he created an itinerary in which we had the possibility to visit all the main attractions of Cairo with Ali in one day. He made our vacation. Ali is such a special person. He is very funny, he made us laugh a lot and he also took us a lot of beautiful photos. He stayed with us all day and took us everywhere by car, we could trust him for everything, no one will sell you nothing at the wrong price if he is with you. Also he finds everything you want or need, no matter the time.  Hany and Ali will always have a place in our hearts, they were the most beautiful part of our trip and we are very grateful to know them and we hope to see them as soon as possible, in Egypt or even in Italy.

Hany and his team are the perfect hosts if you wanna have an amazing experience at guiza, they were flexible with the check in when we needed it and they helped us in any request we had, also the rooms were very comfortable, amazing experience!

The property only had a mirror available in the bathroom. We would’ve appreciated if there was an extra mirror in the bedroom as we were 3 ladies sharing.

Something minor and could be avoided in the future, one of the receptionists was smoking at the Front Desk and the smell of the cigarette was strong and could be smelled from our room.

Our stay at Mak Pyramids View was amazing. From the time of inquiry via WhatsApp, Mr.Hany was always available to answer my queries regarding our trip and helped me arrange our tour. Upon arrival, Hany was there to welcome us and showed me around the hotel. He upgraded our room for free the nexr day since it was unoccupied. Hany ensured that all our needs were met from time time of arrival until we departed. Since I was not feeling well and had a sorethroat, he got me a pack of tea and prepared honey for me to feel better. On our day 1, he accompanied and joined us in our tour. He got us bottled water and my son Oreo biscuits. When he saw that my son bought a cross souvenir, the next day, he gave us all (my son,Mom, and myself) some Christian souvenirs (which was sweet of him.😀 Overall, our experience in Cairo/Giza was really wonderful and amazing with Mr.Hany's help and assistance together with the rest of the staff. Our driver Mr. Saad was very kind, too, and our tour guide was knowledgeable. Hany speaks English fluently, which makes our communication much easier too. The hotel was clean and tidy. The three pyramids could be viewed from our room.Mr.Hany exceeded my expectations when it comes to Customer Service and made sure that we are happy. I highly recommend that you guys stay here too😃

Beds somewhat uncomfortable, specially the pillows. The noise from the street. Sometimes the dinner wasn't copious enough and I was still hungry, though it was always very tasty

The wonderful staff, very friendly helpful and honest people! Hany, Hussein and all the crew. Very good and convenient place to see the Pyramids, room was very good for the price, with balcony and a sweet view of Khufu and Kefren. Tasty breakfast!

Great view of Pyramids from the room window as well as the terrace.. The staff are excellent people and could go out of their way to help you. They offer complimentary breakfast and dinner despite the room tariff being quite low, but quality of food was good too. And, another add-on was available of lift in the guesthouse. Loved the place and it's people absolutely.

For light sleepers, be aware the hotel is next to a busy street and you can hear the traffic throughout the night even with closed windows: Bring your ear plugs! Tailor your expectation to a budget stay, and you can't be disappointed!

Very friendly staff, treat us as family, making our 7-night stay very comfortable! The owner Mustafa is very kind. Although he speaks little English, Hany and Hussein both speak excellent English. They are very helpful to accommodate our dining and room needs and kindly consult us about trips around Cairo. The breakfast and dinner are very nice, and the staff adapted to our needs for occasional early breakfast at 6 am. The pyramid view is gorgeous, location is perfectly accessible for hotel pickups for several tours and Uber. By the time of our travel (Dec 2024), the hotel is preparing to expand from 20 to ~50 rooms. Wish them a lot of success!

from first getting to the hotel they were very kind and welcome, they took full care of our baggage. the room was clean and tidy and had a refrigerator and snacks for only the price of 1 dollars per snack and most importantly it had an electrical kettle so you can use hot water whenever you want. the staff were very helpful and kind and made us feel at home. the hotel's location is very close to the pyramids it only takes 10 mnts of walking to reach. also the view of the pyramid is very nice. their food is super affordable and very clean and delicious, it feels like the food you eat at home. the hotel feels like you're at home not inside of a hotel. mustafa the owner of the hotel is always there and ready to help you with whatever you need. wether its inside or outside the hotel. the prices of the rooms are great I honestly believe you can't find any better deal. I would recommend people to come here and whenever I am in cairo again this is the place am gonna go to.

There is also a place for improvement. Bath and toilet equipment. Some valves and faucets were leaking. Not critical, but it spoils the overall impression a little bit. It wasn't really a big deal, just my perfectionists whining. I am sure the guys from the hotel will fix it in no time

The service. It was the best with nothing to add. The front desk manager Hany is the most friendly and sincere person. He offered and arranged my transfer from the airport to the hotel - for a very fair price. He was most helpful during my staying - gave me hints about the city, what to see. If I'd wanted he would arrange a guide for me. The men like like Hany make hotels not just the place with a bed to sleep, but a really small piece of home far away form your real home. About the hotel. I rented the room with the balcony (I strongly advise to do it). Nice, clean room with king-size bed, small sofa, fridge, small table. Closet. All the furniture are new (I noticed tiny pieces of wrapping material on the sofa leg). The walls are clean. The balcony. It is quite large with a swing on it.
