Pool was not clean , all food taste was extremely bad , the bathroom soap container was broken , the sofa bed was broken and after they changed it it was completely uncomfortable and the mattress was going low from the middle

We stay short time but was really perfect and amazing. Staff very friendly and Noone annoyed us. All hotel area very clean. Room was nice and clean. So nice food and so quiet place as we needed. We feel there as in home I can only highly recommend. We will back for sure soon again

Very Nice People who works in hotel, they are all very kind ..., clean rooms, good food, Nice pool, good transfer to the beach, drivers are always in the good mood, the beach was really great. All inclusive servis really mean that it is all inclusive all day (drinks, exepct icecream you must pay afitionaly) Also on the beach you can get drinks, pizzas, burgers, coffee, alkohol Drinks ... You get big towels for the beach. Bottles with drinking water are available all days and you get daily 1,5 L bottle in the room, too. Aircondition in the room works great. There is Also a cattle to prepare Tea or coffee in the room, hair dryer and refrigetator. Rooms have small balkony, too.

Great experience lemon and soul is one of the resorts of labranda and that makes everything up to high standard and reach my great expectation .the staff is friendly and helpful and one of the best is Mr.Mostafa in reception and all in resturant ,I tried dinner in cairo resturant and I loved oriental food. Staff in cafes and all around are doing their best to let you enjoy your stay.resort is not a sea side yet a shuttle bus is available every 10 minutes to take you to the beach .it takes few minutes by bus and 15 min walking and both are enjoyable.beach is sandy with unique service of drinks and other facilities the sea is really nice some rocks are scattered in few places,sea water is deep enough to enjoy snorckelling.food is great and varies everyday.breakfast is lovely ,lunch and dinner are different everyday with meat,chicken and fish dishes.desserts are lovely .ice cream was lovely.soft and hard drinks are all included in all inclusive reservation.my room was garden view .it was nice ,well furnished and with a nice balcony.I loved the place .thanks for lemon and soul. totally recommend it and looking forward to revisit it

The room what’s dirty when we arrived. Our air conditioning was leaked all over our clothing. A lot of the staff where rude and not friendly. The food options where awful and very repetitive. It was not fully all inclusive because you have to pay for cocktails and ice cream.

A few of the staff where friendly and 1 animation boys where good and entertaining.

the administration of the hotel didn’t help us well we met very bad situations because of the contradiction in information there is missing chain communication someone tell us something and the someone else say another thing they said there animation team in the hotel but there was a one nice guy doing everything in the same time but if want to another activity the animation guy would not be able to be with you !!!😞 they told us in the beginning that we can enjoy with animations team of the other hotel ,and first day was ok , but the second day the security guard deal with us badly cuz we entered the other hotel we sit with three of top level administrators for 1 hour and they didn’t help us specially ms\ heba the GM Secretary they admitted for us that what happened for was is wrong but didn’t apologize we told her that we will write an review on booking about this she mentioned that the hotel doesn’t care !!!!!!!!!!

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Mostly what i didn't like was about the mangment , and there poor descions , first of all there is no ( shows ) in the facility itself and you need to go to labranda to catch the show , which puts you in a very tight time schadule ( didn't catch a single show in my 3 days stay ) - and one of the worest and poor descions I have ever met in all my experinces was that the managment of labranda organized a festival and they limited the attendance for ( royal & club ) hotels guest and they prohebited the guests of lemon & soul and they even stopped the shuttle service at the time of festival , which was very provoking and made me super upset , very bad mangment decision as they lowered the value of a very nice hotel ( lemon & soul ) - dinner was not very good .

- The staff was absloutly great , so polite , professional and welcoming , by far one of the best staff I have ever dealt with , the pool bar guys , the room service , the life guards , the beach bar and snacks bar ( great snacks by the way ) , and the shuttle drivers , the restaurant guys ,everyone were great . - The beach area was small but very nice . - The room was nice - Beverage was very good Overall it was an exceptional experience and exceeded my expectations and surely i will be back again.

The prices for everything inside the resort are way to high, Europe prices. If you need anything from the shops they rip you off, 5 times what it would cost you in other parts of Egypt. Same with the transport options, what it cost you a bus from Luxor to there is the same as a 30min drive to Safaga/Hurgada. It feels a bit like they take advantage of tourist and overprice everything, not a good way to treat guests.

The room was comfortable, nice views to the desert, clean. The staff in general was very kind and always willing to help, food was ok and the beach facilities were great.

Didn't like the security gestapo on the Lemon & Soul beach who wouldn't let you stray from that beach which was annoying as the better snorkelling areas was found elsewhere! (But for swimming it was perfect as the waters were calm & sheltered from the wind)

Loved this hotel - perfect for our needs as a couple - quiet, peaceful, laid back with tasteful soothing music & a huge, clean swimming pool. Staff couldn't be more obliging especially the restaurant staff & managers Mohamed Ali & the big boss who were always around to ensure smooth running of this newly-refurnished hotel. We previously stayed in the Labranda Club but much preferred this sister hotel - the rooms are much better & newer - less people & the endless Xmas music at the Labranda was getting on our nerves! There was an hourly beach shuttle or 10 min walk to the beach (which we liked as it was winter & perfect temperatures). The Lemon & Soul also has a prime, sheltered spot beach spot with calm, clear water.
