An excellent location with a private beach, clear water with tropical flora and fauna, dedicated and very helpful staff: Kholoud - responsible for vacationers' relations was constantly interested in vacationers and their needs; Sami - the drivers in-charge was dedicated and helpful, Mohammed the driver did an excellent job on the roads and more... in short: great pleasure.

Egyptbeds mattress are totally uncomfortable it’s like sleeping on floor, & when i asked them to provide me with soft mattress they told they don’t have any & that all rooms are the same mattress, totally uncomfortable “they tried to support by providing me with extra sheets to make it softer but sure it didn’t fix anything” Men guests are swimming in pool wearing cotton t shirts while it’s against hotel rules ! “repeated daily during my visit with no action from staff” My reservation was sea view room but they gave me side sea view & the main view on green area, called reception several times to change the room with no action & they believe that all rooms are sea view while it’s not House keeping totally unprofessional in their way of dealing, also during my visit i hanged the do not disturb sign & left the room & when i came back i found the room was opened & cleaned by house keeping!! also they knock the door even when the sign is hanged
Great view , room size is perfect, breakfast is great, pools are wonderful, u can do snorkelling on hotel private beach & it’s great.

EgyptVery very slow service , attending to needs Mediocre food Room key not working for no reason Power cuts at night and no generators available , slept without AC in 36 c heat. Asked for luggage assistance but came super late.. Hotel is so exhausting to walk around and navigate due to the elevation of the premises.. My stay was below average during a busy Eed season at a very high price.. Definitely would not consider this place again

What is special about the hotel is that it also has a large pool with slides. A private beach, the best spa in the entire Dahab area, there are facilities for children, a gym, lots of seating areas, a huge lobby, in short a hotel that has everything... In addition, there is a lady named Holud who helps and assists the hotel guests in all the necessary things, I will return to the hotel again just because of the service she gives us.

EgyptIbrahim at the front desk was very rude very un professional. Eveyone else was nice and welcoming he was the worst person I have ever encountered in my entire life. He was concerned about towles rather than helping us check out. I have never seen something like this before. He should not be working in a customer service. I had the best holiday but he ruined my experience at the hotel. I don't think I will be coming back because of him.

IsraelVery Bad experience, I booked 7 rooms, and we all had the same experience, the staff not welcoming, called reception 4 times for room service no one arrives to help i sent them message before i traveled that i need 2 rooms as one family closed each to other , they replied they will try according to availability when i reached they answer that they can't as both rooms are different room levels according to the booking policy, children are welcome for free charge up to 2 kids, we reach the reception and according to the reception manager booking policy is incorrect, and we should pay for a second kid (while it's stated very clearly in booking.com)

IsraelWas dirty. The safe had no battery and the staff couldn't bring one. The sewers water was coming up from the toilet with shit. And all the pipes had problems and they couldn't fix and dint had extra room to change me. And the clean staff came very late to clean and reduce the smell and yes a expend the hole day waiting for them to fix it and they didn't. Plus my wife is pregnant so she need it to use the bathroom from the lobby . We didnt could use shower to clean ourself . . Plus they didn't give any composition for all the problem they cause . And the last was to ask the taxi to go back home. I ask 7.30 in the morning they say he will be at 9 in the morning . Wen it was 9 they say i ask to cancel it. But i was waiting 1.30 in the lobby in front of the reception. And they got me the taxi only at 10. This is not a 4 star hotel is maximum 2. Worst experience i ever had in a hotel i went out more stressful and tired than i arrived.

IsraelIt's my second time in this hotel. The first time was awesome. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Now the hotel is broken and not that clean. The hotel was built on a slope. It is terrible for families with 3-7 Year olds. there are many stairs that make it difficult to manage in the hotel. Be careful from the animation steff they try to by too nice. And touching kids not in a nice way Be aware.
