Selective staff in service , providing the necessary support , friendly, very cooperative, even the uniform really very nice and delightful, they all exceed my expectation , really thank you for the relaxed and comfortable stay i spent with my family and special note of thanks to the manager Mr shady who go extra miles to serving us .

The hotel is very nice, the pool and beach are very clean, all the staff are extremely respectful with very high ethics, always smiling, the food was very good. Special thanks to Mr. Shadi who was very polite, ethical, and very cooperative to the point that anything I needed was available in the chalet. I really liked the staff's interest in knowing the guests' feedback on a daily basis, and every customer feels like the most important guest in the hotel, which is excellent.

Breakfast bakery wasn’t fresh at all, missing kinds of bread and cake finished and when asking for, they replied there isn’t any, sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all

My God, where do I start. This place is like heaven on earth. The beauty is comparable to only Seychelles and Maldives. Hotel staff are very accommodating and make sure that your needs are always met. There is no request that is to much for them to handle. You don't get animation teams or the different restaurant options but what you do get is tranquility at its best. Breakfast featured a wide spread of savoury and sweet and sheer amount was actually overwhelming. Having travelled the rest of Egypt the food here was by far the best. Lunch and dinner can be ordered via the onsite Bleu restaurant. The private beach is the highlight of this hotel. Turquoise,warm water of the Mediterranean sea. What more could one ask for. My only regret is that I wish I could have stayed longer. A 10/10 experience.

The building entrance we stayed in was without door as other building, so the insects was waiting us to open the apartment door to enter. Breakfast was good but could be better.

Special thanks to Fares in the reception for the way he dealt with us, very cool and very helpful. The place is great and super clean, if you need very calm place with super view and maybe the best sea in north coast, plus a very good restaurant "Bleu", Mirage is your best destination!
