EgyptThey need to set a good place and clear big screen for watching the important football matches and the swimming pool was kinda small and unfortunately not heated.
The staff was friendly and professional, they even offered us the room before the check-in time with almost 2 hours since we've arrived early. I asked them for a medication at midnight and it was available in the hotel's clinic and they delivered it to my room just in a few minutes. The food was good as well, i liked it ! The wifi coverage was all over the hotel which is something rare to see.

EgyptUnfortunately, for me, staying as a single guest was boring. The hotel was considered empty, there weren't many guests at that time, and the animation team didn't do any entertaining activities. They all lacked passion and didn't appear as a team, as each of them wore different clothes from the other. They danced the same dance and the same songs every day. I think they need a supervisor to guide them to do better. I also have a comment that there were no drinks during the dinner buffet, which is something very important to me.
The staff are very friendly, starting from the reception to the room service. They welcome you with a smile and with a great hospitality they always ask if you need anything. The room is comfortable and clean and the view is wonderful. The golf car is always available to take you to the sea and the swimming pool. The food is good and varied.
