My visiting time was tie but the team has packed the breakfast well for me in the morning! All the staff were very helpful and get everything sorted for us perfectly. Truly feel like home for the 1st time in Egypt! Definitely will return to this hotel again with my friends an families next time.

Very helpful staff members, with a good hotel in budget. We stayed for overnight trip to Abu Simbel and everyone made sure that we could make the most of the stay. Good comfortable budget rooms, very good food in restaurants and great people.

We had a great stay at New Abu Simbel Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Muhammad and Ali took very good care of us in particular. They went out of their way to make sure our expectations for Abu Simbel were met. Ali drove us to and from the temple multiple times, walking us to the entrance and making sure we knew where to go. When we were done with our visits, he was available to come pick us up. We also did a lovely sunset boat ride with Ali for an additional fee. The food at the restaurant was good and fresh. Breakfast was included, but we were also able to eat lunch there. The property is new, clean, and a good location for visiting the Abu Simbel temple. The room was comfortable and clean with good AC. The shower pressure and temperature was good. If you are visiting Abu Simbel, definitely stay here, you won’t regret it.

A very warm welcome and brand new hotel. We were very happy we chose this. They also booked a sunset cruise, highly recommended - Ail was a lovely host, accompanying us on the cruise. Perfect stay in Abu Simbel - would definitely recommend the sound and light show.

Ali and Hamo made our stay in Abu Simble absolutely amazing. Ali organised a lovely sunset boat tour around the temple, and they took us to the temple at sunrise so we got some amazing photos before the tour buses arrived. The food was the best we had in Egypt. The chef made us a lovely home cooked meal of grilled Tilapia fish fresh from the lake across the road. We had breakfast when we got back from the temple and it was delicious! We were really impressed that we had Netflix in our room - much better then more expensive hotels we stayed in during our time in Egypt - and perfect for having an early night ahead of the sunrise temple trip.

I can only reconfirm what previous guests have written before : I was welcomed by a wonderful, kind and helpful host. The hotel is new, therefore the facilities are in very good quality. Everything is clean. I really felt comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend to stay here.

We are really happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They always try to make you feel like home. They can also get your tickets for the temple and the light&sound show. We didn’t know this but it would have been a great option. Location wise is quite convenient because it’s next to the bus station. They also have a tuktuk and Hamo will take you back and forth to the temple or wherever in Abu Simbel always with a smile. It was so nice not having to worry about the transportation because Hamo was always there to drive us around and make our life easier. They also helped us with the bus back to Aswan and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel seems also quite new and it is very clean.

From the moment i arrived the owner treated me like royalty and a true VIP . Do yourself a favor and book this hotel for your stay in Abu Simbel and you will not be disappointed. From the brand new rooms , to the amazing food , staff willing to go above and beyond for anything you need , sunrise boat tour around Lake Nasser to see the temples and the sunset boat tour to wind down the day it was a truly unforgettable experience.

No shower door & very little drawer space in the closet. Also needed one more larger mirror in the bedroom or hallway (the only one was the mirror above the sink in the bathroom. The location could have been a little closer to the temple, but not that big of a deal.

The breakfast, lunch, & dinner were all very good. The people that worked there were very nice. They opened up the dining room a little early for dinner when we got back from the light show at the Temple.

Very nice and serene oasis in Abu Simbel. Brand new hotel, very modern with contemporary touches also honoring the Nubian heritage (for example women in the morning marched in the alley with encens). The team is truly phenomenal (Mohammed and Ali) - loving and authentic. We felt at home. Also very secure. Prime location in the city - 5 min by car to the temple of Abdul Simbel.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Beautiful, "oriental", very clean,. The bed was very good . The staff very kind. Everything nice and modern though very cosy. Breakfast was also ok... They have also a restaurant not far , where we eat fantastic fish. So I absolutely would recommend this hotel, its absolutely high standard. It is also very near to the road, so easy to find, but dont be afraid, no sound could be heard as windows very good. With great parking , so if you come as a great group no problem where to put car, or bus....

This is a brand new structure. The rooms are nice and well designed, beautiful bathrooms, very comfy beds (!). The personal are young, smiling and available and helpful. Simple but satisfying breakfast with a yummy local tagine egg surprise (so fluffy).

The only shortage is that the room is slightly small, the suitcase is not particularly easy to put, and it is not convenient to use.

The service attitude of the staff is very good, it will help you take care of everything. The restaurant is very delicious (arguably the best in Egypt) The room is very clean, fruit and drinks are given away, and the location to the temple is very close.

This is an amazing hotel! The room is clean, spotless, and hot water is always available, impeccable. The service is amazing, Tutu car provides free shuttle to Abu Simbel Temple, where you can book and pick up to watch the sound and light show. There is also a double decker boat to watch the sunrise over Lake Nasser, with a good and safe view. The restaurant's cuisine is fantastic and irresistible. Guests can enjoy a welcome fruit platter, free drinks, and fast Wi Fi upon check-in. The hotel has a Nubian charm, and the staff are all Nubians. They are extremely friendly, especially Ali, who provided a lot of help and even offered free tea.If you are troubled by the crowds and noise of Cairo, Aswan, and Luxor, don't be discouraged. Come to Abu Simbel and choose this hotel!
