The hotel was very lovely. I have nothing against the hotel itself. The only downside is that the breakfast was a little bit late and underwhelming. We had to keep reminding them of our breakfast. We asked the hotel if they could sort us out for two sim cards and the sim cards costed 10 euro for 10 GB which didn’t work after 1 night. We also asked the hotel for a car ride and they wanted to charge us 30 USD where on Uber it would have costed us 10 USD. Service was just a bit underwhelming. We expected a different service but they were very lovely to upgrade us to a better room.

The property was very very clean, spacious and nice. We actually stayed at Habu Hotel because the host upgraded us to a different room. Habu hotel was just 4 mins away from the original location so we still have the view of the pyramids.

The room has no window since all rooms are on the terrace ( so there is a fantastic view from the terrace) . Facilities and cleanliness are acceptable.

No elevator, but staff will help in luggage carriage. Water was cut for a short period in the last day of our stay. The area is noisy during the daytime but quiet at night.

It was great experience, friendly staff, near to pyramids gate, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, room has several facilities including AC, TV, kettle and refrigerator.

The best thing in this place is the owner and his staff , they are so kind and trying the best to make you happy. The place is so close to sphinx door , it's just 2 minutes walking. From the roof you can see the three pyramids and sphinx. The place also is near to many restaurants Saber the owner can offer you anything you want.
