Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Turkey——-
There were many options for breakfast. But we said that Turks prefer cheese, olives, cucumbers and tomatoes for breakfast. The next day, these foods were also bought and served to us for breakfast. They made us feel comfortable, like at home.

United StatesThe bathrooms were small; we had to fold the shower to use the toilet. The neighborhood looks a little worn down. Taxis are everywhere trying to get you to ride with them, people will approach you walking on the streets.
The service was exceptional, and the breakfast on their rooftop was the best food we had in Cairo. We were right across the street from the sphinx entrance to the pyramids, and you have the best view of the light show from the hotel. We stayed in a room facing the pyramids which was nice, but we enjoyed the view from the shaded cafe the most. On our last day in Cairo they let us store our bags after checkout and then let us into a new room to shower and relax before our bus left in the evening.

SwedenThe room we had was not soundproof at all and there was some sounds from the corridor outside. If you’re a light sleeper consider bringing earplugs.
This hotel has incredible views of the pyramids and Sphinx from their rooftop restauarant. This is where we were served breakfast which was surprisingly good with much variety, we couldn’t finish it all! Our room was a bit dated but clean. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and served us a complimentary welcome drink each day. We chose to book a tour through them which was very nice. In summary, this is a hotel which we enjoyed a lot and considered a great value for money.

GreeceWe had a great stay at Panorama. Rooms were ok and comfortable. Great for the price. The view of the hotel was beautiful. Right across from the pyramids. The staff were very friendly and constantly offered to bring us water or juice. The room even had free snacks for us. Breakfast was also really good with a nice view of the pyramids. The staff had a little surprise for us on our way out. Would stay again.

GreeceThe wi-fi was note very good only at the rooftop had signal and there ok. Also despite that the roomed was cleaned every day with fresh towels there was a bad smell at the bathroom probably from the sewer.
The employees were all helpful, friendly and kind. They have all efforts for the surprise birthday for my friend. The breakfast was generous either continental or Egyptian both very nice accompanied from the unique view of pyramids and the sphinx great location for a night drink and shisha. The location was ok considering that you need transfer for all activities in Egypt.

United KingdomRoom 108 shower leaked. It was reported so hopefully that will be sorted. Wifi is VERY slow (and I agree should enjoy the views but when you are unable to check into a flight home - it's not good *wifi next door left and right works a charm* Rooms are snug, but you aren't in them, you are enjoying the balcony views Breakfast - now I wouldn't say this as a negative the spread is amazing BUT i did see several guests leave alot of food - which is a waste/shame On my 2nd day I only requested what I wanted and I think this is a much better option
It's all about the views!!! Spectacular views over the pyramids 1 night stay is perfect Light show isn't anything special BUT it's much more enjoyable from a balcony with snacks. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, alittle persistent with offering tours but once you say you have something booked they leave you be

Italynothing, it was all very pleasant
I had the pleasure of staying at **Panorama View Pyramids** in Giza and I can’t recommend this property enough for anyone looking to experience something unique just steps away from the stunning pyramids and the Sphinx. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the **breathtaking view** from its beautiful terrace. Every morning, while having breakfast, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the pyramids and the Sphinx — an experience that truly leaves you speechless. Additionally, in the evening, from the terrace, you can witness the light show illuminating the pyramids, creating a magical and enchanting atmosphere. The hotel also offers a **24-hour bar service**, allowing you to enjoy the view at any time of the day. Our stay began with a warm welcome: upon our arrival, the hotel provided an **airport transfer** at a very reasonable price and greeted us with a **welcome drink and food** on the terrace, right in the front row to enjoy the spectacular view. The **rooms** are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the comforts, including free water, a bathroom set, and slippers. The only minor downside is that the soundproofing isn’t perfect, but it doesn’t affect the overall experience. The staff is one of the hotel’s greatest strengths. They are **kind, competent, and, most importantly, honest and attentive to the needs of tourists**. In case of any small issues, they are always ready to do their best to resolve them, as they did in my case, demonstrating the **highest level of professionalism and seriousness**. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated right in front of the pyramids, in a quiet square that allows you to enjoy the view without the chaos of traffic. The tranquility and beauty of the place are priceless. In summary, **Panorama View Pyramids** offers an extraordinary experience, both for its spectacular view and its top-notch hospitality. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy the beauty of the pyramids and feel right at home, this is the perfe

HungaryThe neighbourhood is not the best but we were aware of that and didn't bother us.
The hotel has a stunning view from its terrace. The room was perfect, received some snacks and cold water when we arrived. The staff is extremely kind! They provided tea/coffee/water without any charges during our whole stay and provided a free airport pick up. They even let us to use another room after our check out to have a shower before going to the airport. Hassan at the restaurant was amazing and really attentive!
