Unfortunately the street is pretty dirty, but this is not the sole responsibility of the hotel. Also it was a new experience for me, that our room had no window (because of the orientation of the building)... I couid live with it, since we used the room only to sleep there,,, so I did not miss the window that much ;)

The hotel is located in the very first row, the nearest to te Pyramids site. Therefore excellent view to the Archeological site from te rooftop restaurant. Staff at reception and restaurant is extremely polite, helpful, trying to help in every issue that may arise. Breakfast is wonderful, delicious, it is not buffet, they serve plenty of meal, and huge variety.. As I saw noone could eat that amount. On checking out all of us got small presents from the hotel, as a nice memory... That was a nice surprise, and a wonderful gesture from the hotel management.

There isn’t much to say but if you are looking for a large room this isn’t it. If you are looking for great hospitality, good food and a great view this is the one!

The staff were amazing! I arrived at midnight and they brought a free meal and drinks to my room as well as gave me a gift on arrival. The view from the rooftop and my balcony of the pyramids and sphinx was exceptional. Breakfast was traditional and delicious. They went out of their way to assist me wherever and whenever they could including walking me to the local shops atm.

Of all the places I've been, this was the best hotel I've stayed at recently, the people are amazing

I am impressed with the education and organization of all the people at the hotel, they are polite, kind and loving, without a doubt the best food in Cairo, the best breakfast, the sensational smell of the rooms, the view is beautiful, the location is incredible, believe me I was very well treated in this place and safe, the staff are wonderful Ezzat and Abud thank you very much

(1) The staff - all are amazing! (2) The location - right in front of the Giza pyramids, with a clear view of all of them. (3) The hotel’s approach to business - guests are overwhelmingly treated with free hot and cold beverages and finger food at all times (except dinner). (4) The breakfast - it’s impossible to finish it all! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a couple of days in Giza hands-down!

This hotel is amazing, with an incredible view of the pyramids on its rooftop. Abdul and his team are so hospitable, whenever we sat up on the rooftop they gave us plenty of food and drinks. I booked for my partners birthday and they couldn’t have done any more to make it special, we had a cake up on the rooftop and when we got to our room we were surprised with balloons! They also helped arrange a private tour of pyramids, saqqara and Memphis, with their guide Mido. This was also amazing and I highly recommend!

nothing major. Our room has 2 double bed for 4 people and the room is a bit small and tights. The shower head is not detachable.

The staffs has been very patient and polite with us. They invited us to the terrace to drink tea and have snacks whilst enjoying the pyramids view. The breakfast was served super fast!!! It is very easy to communicate with the staffs. The view is wonderful. Very closed to the pyramids, it is like less than 2 minutes walks to the ticket office.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, comfortable, I stayed in a room with a view of the pyramids, one floor below the terrace, I didn't even have to go up to the terrace, they let me leave my belongings even though I had to leave until my flight time, they kept asking me what I wanted to drink and offered me refreshments, they sent me off with gifts and papyrus, what more could you ask for, I definitely recommend it, thank you for everything

The moment you walk in the door the staff treat you like family. Welcome drink and nibbles are brought to you as you enjoy the best view of the pyramids. Food is cooked onsite in their kitchen and is very tasty. Ask for a list of flavors of shisha - our favorite was a mix of lemon and mint. The beds were comfy and showers were hot. I recommend getting the room with your own private balcony. Many thank yous to the staff for making our stay amazing!

We loved our stay in Panorama view hotel. Location is amazing with perfect view of the pyramids from the roof terrace. Breakfasts are massive with plenty of food to choose from. The staff treats everyone with care and attention. Everbody is polite and friendly. I would like to mention Hasan who serves breakfasts in mornings and Mustafa the driver. They both made us feel very comfortable and special. Thank you guys

I have no words to describe my stay at panorama view pyramids! They exceeded my expectations! They offered us a free transfer from the airport to the hotel.The service was more than good - they always brought us more things, the food was very tasty, the breakfast was always plentiful and amazing! We had a room with a view of the pyramids - amazing!!! The room was big - they cleaned it every day and always left us snacks and water. We were offered a private tour to the pyramids from the hotel with a driver and guide. I think the guide's name was Mido - an amazing person, he spoke perfect English. We met the manager of the hotel - an amazing person, friendly and always ready to help. The staff became our family and we will definitely be back again!! If I could I would upload absolutely all the photos so you can experience the emotion of this place. P. S. I don't remember everyone's names, but thanks for everything!

The Panorama View Pyramids offered an unforgettable experience! The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the Pyramids from the comfort of my room was absolutely magical. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality added a personal touch to the experience, making it feel like a home away from home.

The location is right at a tourist attraction and there are lots of folks right outside trying to sell you items. It’s expected and not a fault of the hotel. If you don’t want that stay in Cairo downtown.

The warm welcome when you arrive from the entire staff is something you just don’t normally experience from other hotels. The view is exceptional as artists we sat out on the deck and just painted the pyramids for hours. The shower had immediate hot water and great water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was very helpful with our food allergy. We didn’t hear the sound from outside at night.

Nothing to not like about the hotel or service

If you need a place to stay whilst visiting the Pyramids, this is it, right in front of the Sphinx with the Giza plateau beyond. We arrived on the 05:45 flight from Hurghada, and at the hotel by 06:45. We were welcomed in, treated to coffee and a huge traditional Egyptian breakfast overlooking the Pyramids, all at no extra cost. We were provided with a temporary room to shower/ change in, again at no cost. Some of the rooms have been refurbished and some are yet to be done, but you don't book here to look at the rooms, it's all about the views. No need to book the sound and light show as you get a free grandstand position from the terrace or your balcony. We also received gifts on check out. All this on a 1 night booking. The guys are brilliant, the food is good, and did I mention the amazing views? Will definately book here again.

The cleaning was in question they can do better cleaning of the bathroom was not good at all and the room had no windows so no ventilation but overall this hotel gets a 8/10

The location and the service that the hotel provided the staff was wonder especially Mahmood from reception and Hassan from the restaurant they where simply amazing The fact that you could get anything to eat or drink in a jiffy and nothing was difficult for them They really made our visit in cairo really welcoming

A bit more attention to details could elevate this place like blocking customers from construction areas within the hotel, maintaining the rooms a bit better and keeping everything spotless clean.

The staff was excellent and very helpful at all times. The room was as described and the rooftop was a great place to hang out. The location was also great with a view and quick access to the Giza pyramids
