I love everything there. Nice staff , good view and good food. The great service at the Panorama view pyramids. Nice room and amazing rooftop view. Love here. I will comeback again. Recommened Hotel.

The bathroom water was accumulating and not running off fast, water leaking outside the bathroom. We, however, called reception, and the bathroom was cleaned immediately by Ahmad.

The staff was excellent and made us extra comfortable. Abdullah, Ahmad, Hassan, and the rest of the boys were so accommodating, and they exceeded our expectations in customer service. My appreciation to them for making our stay wonderful.

The situation is exceptionnal with view directly on the pyramids .All the staff is very kind and attentive to our request and demands A special mention to Taha and Abdullah .The breakfast are incredible,lots of choice. They booked for us excursion in the White Desert and if you need a driver to made a tour in Cairo ,ther is not a problem !

The only thing that we didn't like, is that our room didn't have a window.

I loved that it was in such close proximity to the Sphinx and Pyramids. The staff was amazing, especially Hassan. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the views were fantastic. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The first room we were in was very noisy, we couldn't sleep at all. Do not take a room underneath the bar which is on the rooftop.

Nothing is perfect, our bathroom needs some minor repairs due to age of the hotel (top prized location value with commanding view of the pyramid from their rooftop) but management was receptive to our recommendations with plan for future repairs and maintenance.

The staff was superb and attentive, from the front desk with Abdalah to the young bell boy Mahmoud who handles heavy luggage carrying, and dining staff with Tuffy and Abbo Essa, all were trying their best to please their guests. The included breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. We asked staff and manager ( FOUAD Ghonam) to organize a private 7 days excursion for our group of 6. Their quote was unbeatable compared to Viator and others, with experienced tour guides and details carried out from A to Z. We felt absolutely honored to be their guests and clients.

The staff is amazing! Abdullah, Mohamed and Hossam ( hopefully i spell it right) are very helpful with everything. They organised amazing trips with excellent guides for us. We had nothing to worry about :) The view is amazing, the food is copious and delicious, we will definitely come back! :)

One of the Best hotels we ever been, about location, food and staff , you can see pyramids from the windows of your room, and even better on their rooftop, rooms are clean and lovely, we want to say thanks to abdul for being so kind helpfull and resolutive, he can help you with tours and shops around hotel and on pyramids all languages, then hazam chef food is one of the Best egypcians food y will taste, we recomend mango and lemon ment juices u will not taste something like that in giza of cairo, and to finish nezan amazing worker helping with bags, taxi or Uber, trust us when we say we want to comeback as soon as possible. Our Best regates and grattiude from Antonio & Arantxa we’ll be back

wonderful stay at this little haven with my group from Sri lanka . All the staff frendly and helpful to my group through out our two night stay , thanks to Mr Hassn ( may be the correct name ) who care my group at the resturant . All my group very satisfied with the place and the facility . I use to stay in Giza several times with my group in a another hotel , but this time change that to Panorama was the corrcet change . My family enjoyed our stay at Panorama View Pyramids. The staff was very friendly & engaging. The complementary water & slippers, comfortable beds, & elevator was a great accommodation. The beautiful terrance offers amazing views of tge Pyramids. We enjoyed a great variety of breakfast options. I loved the falafels, hummus & Bir bread along with the delicious fresh lemon mint juice & Hibiscus tea. Additional we stayed here in 2019 & to return to see some of the staff now grown up was a full circle moment. Special thank you to, Hassan for making our son's birthday celebration one to remember. Special thank you to Moses for accompanying us to the market places for great souvenirs. We also appreciated the papyrus & bracelts we received from the hotel & will cherish them. We look forward to seeing you all on our next sojourn Insha'Allah.🤲🏿🙏🏾

The rooms were shabby , door handles , toilet roll holder, curtain tie back were falling off and needed mending. Patio doors did not shut properly or lock at all. The noise from outside was loud but expected at this location but if the patio doors were changed for new to block out noise & items mended it would have been much better.

The location was amazing , directly in front of the Pyramids & Sphinx . The staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help and very polite.

We loved our experience here, the location offers a breathtaking view of the pyramids and the sphinx. The staff was very helpful and caring about our needs in every situation. Special mention to Taha who spoiled us with some gifts at the end of our stay to make our trip back home less sad ☺️
