The view from the roof is incredible! The complimentary breakfast is massive and delicious. The bed is comfortable with nice duvet and soft pillows. The WiFi worked pretty well - we found zero WiFi across all of Egypt. The staff were friendly and not too pushy with trips.

It takes too much time for the staff to do the things you ask for, and also when you ask for something in the rooftop of the hotel. The bed was not comfortable and the air conditioner didn't work well.

The staff was nice, the location of the hotel is perfect (in front of the pyramids), and the rooftop was nice also. The sightseeings were incredible.

Nothing particular will disturb your stay, but maybe the lift should reach to the top floor 😁 but this is almost common in many other facilities

I never expected to be satisfied that much with this mid range rate of night stay, room was clean and fully prepared with all our needs, the view is fascinating with the roof garden restaurant was very enjoyable experience, delicious food varieties made our breakfast unforgettable In the evening you could watch the sound and light show from roof top garden for free and sure if you wanted to have drinks or dinner will be charming The hotel provided us with a welcome drink more than once with fruit plates, and whatever hot drinks you want is free the whole day The hotel staff save no effort to make you satisfied, happy and comfortable especially the front desk Mr Mohamed who was so descent, cooperative and responding fast, the whole staff makes you feel welcomed and VIP Helped us with the horses rides around the pyramids and facilitated the entry of the pyramids gate and booking the tickets Very suitable and convenient for those plan to visit the touristic attractions in the area. I definitely would go back again for another couple of days in the winter break. I love it and recommend it

Our stay was pleasant from start to finish. Everything was clean and the view from the rooftop was incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to our driver Sameh, who was not only an excellent driver but also a delightful companion. Also, our tour guide Yessir had extensive knowledge of Egypt and its history, making our visit very engaging. I highly recommend this hotel.

The shower didn't have any door or curtain so the floor of the bathroom ended up full of water after every shower. The doors to the balcony couldn't be closed properly.

The location was great and they helped us with everything we needed. The view was the best and excellent prices overall.

Amazing breakfast (really amazing, the best we had in Egypt with traditional food) with view on the pyramids. You can easily see from there the sound and light show. Pyramid entrance about 100 m far away.

The view from the hotel room and rooftop dining has an amazing view of the pyramids. Simply breathtaking. The hospitality of the boss, Musa and his staff was lovely. Musa took the time to welcome and chat with us. Front desk. Abdullah very kindly packed for us breakfast to go, as we had an early flight. He even gave us some souveniers and ran all the way up to the rooftop to get us some water for our trip. It was indeed a memorable stay with exceptional hospitality shown to us. We definitely recommend this place.

The balcony doors didnt shut fully, but this didnt really cause issues. Rooftop food prices are a little steep (compared to the rest of Egypt) though this is to be expected. Slow leaking pipework in the bathroom.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! Fantastic view of the pyramids right next to the hotel. The sphinx is also visible from the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast is an incredibly delicious array of authentic egyptian foods: foul medames, humus, falafel, eggs, breads, tahini... so much! And the view whilst enjoying it is unmatched anywhere in the world. Food outside breakfast was also delicious, and we tried a variety of meals. The king room was enormous, though having seen a few others, they were all sized well enough too. With a fridge full of bottled water to keep you safely hydrated. Beds comfy, clean, and clear of any unwanted critters. Bathroom clean and functional. Literally on the same street as the entrance for the pyramids - You cannot get closer without being in the tombs themselves.

The wifi was just working in the lobby. Not working in the room.

The location is great. In front of the pyramids entrance. The breakfast is on the terrace with pyramids view. not open buffet but it’s served for you on table and it’s enough. The staff is very helpful and polite. Special thanks for Hassan for the beautiful breakfast on the roof.

The location of the hotel was amazing as you facing The Geeat Pyramid but what I like the most Is the cleanliness of the hotel and the customer service. All of the staff are very accommodating and helpful but I would like to mention some of them that we encountered during our stay who extend their hands to help us Ali and Yousef they are willing to help and assist you and we have fun talking to them they are so nice also Hassan who is very kind and generous, always ready to assist you, thank you for the wonderful food you served to us. And lastly their manager who's very hands on attending guest. In total we are so happy that we stayed in this Hotel! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Right at the checkin they tried to charge us 20$ extra per night for a supposed upgrade of the standard room. We have seen smarter scums in Egypt

There was a power outage on the last night , which threw us for a loop. But the staff did all they could to accommodate us.

I loved the location and view tough to beat ! The staff at hotel were attentive kind and concerned about making sure we were happy. The best thing we did and I would recommend to EVERYONE is BOOK TOURS thru the hotel. The price is less expensive than doing it on your own and you avoid tremendous amount of stress and nonsense. The tour guide we had was MIDO and our driver was Sam ( Sameh) ! I have traveled to 40 plus countries and 7 continents and I can honestly say they were the ABSOLUTE BEST GUIDES and DRIVER I have ever encountered . I was traveling with my 3 kids and wife and they made the TOURS seamless, fun , and very informative . They treated us like family and they were genuinely interested in making sure we were happy at all times! The best part is we avoided all the negatives of people harassing us , they knew the best spots to take pictures and were able take photos for us.The Pyramids can be quite overwhelming and very large area. Because of our EXCELLENT GUIDE MIDO , we able to see the most important parts and do it efficiently . His knowledge of the history and facts was mind blowing. He made it fun and interesting for my kids and adults. We took camel rides without haggling , saw inside of 2 pyramids, helped us find great unique souvenirs, visited museums , Sakkara , Memphis, Citadel , Mohammed Ali Mosque, Egyptian Civilization Museum , Coptic quarter, ( Saw the cave Jesus, Mary , Joseph lived in for 3 months when they fled to Egypt). We never felt rushed they always wanted us to be happy even if it meant longer hours for them. I can t recommend enough how great our Tour Guide was. Our drive Sameh was always waiting at the closest spot to minimize our walking in the Egypt sun. When our outbound flight was moved up 2 hours , he was able to navigate the Cairo traffic efficiently and safely. When my child got ill they made a quick stop at a pharmacy to help ! Dont do Cairo/Giza without a tour guide .You will regret and pay more money!

Shower overflowed when using too long as was only boarded with wooden board but a towel cleaned it up easy. That was the only thing I could say which wasn’t positive everything else was exceptional

The hotel is a good value for money, the hotel is a few minutes walk from the Pyramids ticket office which is a bonus and you get the best views of the pyramids from the rooftop cafe and any front-facing room. You can also watch the light show for free.
