Staff in this Hotel is a truly 10/10. Super friendly, helped us booking one of the best 2day tours of our lives and always received us with a genuine smile. The guy that served us breakfast on these 3 days was a real jewel! The view from the rooftoop is outstanding (can see the pyramid shows at night), cleaness was good and room was equal to the pictures shown. Pretty worth the price

Location it’s a doble edge sword, don’t ask for laundry service there, I get back my clothes wet.

Mattress could be less weary(discernible springs) Pyramids area is pretty noisy and crowded with scammers offering help, but in doesn’t affect hotel quality in itself

Staff are kind, helpful, friendly, and professional. Location are just 2 minute walk to the ticket counter. Breakfast from the rooftop super amazing. View from our room is superb. We have huge room. Highly recommended.

The room as small. There was hardly space to even open two luggage’s. The bathroom is also very small. In addition the hotel requested us to pay only in cash either in USD or EURO.

The location was fantastic view of the pyramid. The staffs are also very helpful and courteous.

-Bed sheets were not clean. -The area surrounding the hotel is full of scammers and you have to be vigilant. -

Very friendly staff , we reach the hotel earlier because our flight landed at 3am in the morning.the hotel staff were kind enough to check us in earlier than usual time, welcomed us with yummy drinks and make us comfortable on the rooftop. The room they gave us was good except for bed sheets were not clean. They shifted us to a pyramid facing room free of cost and the breakfast was amazing… the view was to die for and you can see the light and sound show for free from rooftop🇪🇬💯💯

Our stay was amazing, staff was very friendly specifically Ahmad and Hussain, they do care about customers the room was very comfortable and the viewwww was fabulous from the balcony & the room, the rooftop view is charismatic & amazing, and breakfast was delicious with an amazing view, Thankyou for making our trip memorable.

All staff was so nice, always they have smiling face, and asked that are we good? They were so helpful. We went early and reception staff tried to prepare our room immediately and offered breakfast and drinking. Hasan who is the service staff on the terrace was very good and so kind. Property was so clean. We are appreciate them. In addition, the view on the terrace is gorgeous. When we will come again, absolutely prefer this hotel :)

No complaints

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The balcony has great views of the pyramids and is a perfect spot to enjoy sunset and the sound and light show. There's a small fridge in the room to hold the 2 bottles of water we got every day. The aircon works well, there's minimal street noise and we were well rested every night. Bodi assisted us with our luggage while we took the lift up to our rooms. Hassan at the restaurant always greeted us with a smile, jokes, took pictures for us, and arranged birthday cakes for our parents. The food was great with large portion sizes. Farouk arranged tours for us and even accompanied us and pointed out the good spots to do shopping.

Staff were great, fabulous view from the rooftop, great breakfast, complimentary pick up.. Overall it was welcoming and nice.. Free upgrade of our room with a fabulous view of the pyramids was an icing on the cake..
