Nothing really. Everything (food, tours, driver) on the expensive side, but worth it.

Basic room, not the nicest surroundings, don't expect too much. However, the bed was comfortable, the staff was great and the views, both from the roof terrace as well as our room, were AMAZING! I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat, can only recommend!

We had a room with no windows! If we could have had a glass of wine or a beer on the terrace that would have encouraged us to eat there, but fully appreciate the culture differential.

The view was breathtaking with a direct view of the pyramids Staff were attentive and made us really feel protected and at home. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond what was required of them. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly... Breakfast was really nice but they should increase their portions, especially for two people.

we book 8 rooms. Mostly perfect but some has little issue like fridge not working or shower flooding and aircon dripping. But it is not a deal breaker bec staff are amazing and the view is incomparable. There are 4 rooms w terrace. I stay w one of it. It is super amazing

The room is not soundproofed, and there are constant sounds of dogs barking, cars, and people talking downstairs at night. If you have sleep problems, I strongly recommend you not to choose this hotel.

Excellent location, especially the terrace upstairs. The background of the meal is the three pyramids of Khufu. If the pyramids have a light show, you can watch it for free on the terrace, and you can also hear the explanation clearly.

This is Egypt and a 3-star hotel. Keeping that in mind... there was nothing that I disliked or would ask to improve. Air pollution was a factor for us. Don't even think about driving. In some areas we felt comfortable walking alone, but not all. Be prepared to deal with many vendors wanting to sell you in the tourist zones.

The view from the balcony is top notch. Eye level and the pyramids are so close you can touch them. The staff are incredible and I recommend booking everything through them (airport pickup, money exchange, tours, general inquiries). It is that type of environment. It is fun and easy to tip well. Everyone spoke good English which was super helpful. The only downside is I only learned how to say thank you in Arabic. Some staff really stand out (Moses who runs the place, our driver, breakfast host). Looking back, interacting with the staff and learning about the culture was a big part of the trip. The pyramids will impress you and this hotel is as close as you can get.

Everything!!! The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is amazing, especially the rooftop. Breakfast was unbelievably generous and delicious. We also had dinner on the rooftop and enjoyed the light show. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The location was stunning with views of the pyramids and the Sphinx from our room and the rooftop restaurant. Excellent food served by very helpful staff. The hotel arranged a really good tour for us covering the pyramids, the Sphinx, Saqqara, Memphis and other places. The English speaking guide had a wealth of experience and kept us well informed and organised a nice lunch for us. The driver provided skilled and safe transport.

Ever since we got to the airport , the hotel staff is ready for you. They pick you up and bring you to the hotel. Check in is super easy and fast. The best part of our stay was the staff. Specially Moses , the hotel manager who took care uf us in every way. Moses Brought us to the top places in Gyza, helped us with souvenirs , jewelry, food , and every thing is in your mind. Not just told us about the places , Moses walked with us along the way giving us a nice guided tour . I recommend you big time to stay here and ask for Moses to make your journey more than great . Hazan , famous by the name “breakfast man” is so kind and gentle . He is in charge of you being full and his service is more than enough. He is really funny and makes you feel more than welcome. In general the staff is amazing and everybody is kind. Thanks for everything and definitely we’ll comeback .
