We faced a few short power cut in rooftop and wi-fi didn’t work due to a problem. Those was not big problem for us for a day.

It has a great location, very close to Giza pyramids. The staff in main desk are very friendly and helpfull, special thanks to Mohamed, Buudi, ali baba, ahmet. Rooftop has amazing pyramid view, also they have a variety of drinks and food options with hood prices. Especially their Egyptian breakfast was amazing and is included to the room price. The staff in rooftop, Hasan was very helpful and kind. I am glad to stay there

Occasional power outages made it uncomfortable at night since the AC would get knocked out. The constant barking dogs and traffic on the street in front was a bit annoying, and it didn't feel very safe walking around the area (constantly approached by locals, and lots of garbage and debris). The staff was attentive to our needs, but were also constantly trying to market tours and activities without a consistent message (and price) from one person to the next.

Wifi comes on and off sometimes, but manager fixed quickly. we moved to third floor on second night and wifi was excellent.

The only things that kept our stay being a perfect 10 was 1) the loss of power twice during our stay. Having said that the staff quickly rectified it within 15 minutes both times. 2) the staircase - we had to really watch and help our littlest kids (3+6) as the banisters weren't particularly secure.

The staff were superb. Such a warm welcome from the start which continued throughout our stay - they couldn't do any more, they even popped to the shops to get a travel plug adapter because we forgot ours. They helped our littlest children up and down the stairs and gave us a little gift as a memento on our departure. The view from our room balcony was amazing and we were so close to the pyramids it felt like we could reach out and touch them. The view from the roof top terrace was similarly wow and you can see and hear the full sound and light show from there. The room was kept really clean and having four beds was brilliant for our family of five, not to mention the complimentary water and drinks that were kept topped up throughout our stay.

Very nice staff. Specially Hasan who was accommodating, offered food, drinks, small talk and advice. The reception gave me magnets as gifts when i checked out, wich was very kind.

Hassan and Ola are extremely efficient and help the guest in every way they can. Ola moved me to another room with better internet service and it was very much appreciated. The view of the Sphinx and the Pyramids cant be beaten.

While the bathroom was functional, it needed a little maintenance. Just a little repair and it would be just fine.

The location is ideal with a spectacular view of the pyramids from our room and the rooftop restaurant. Our we booked the king suite which included 4 double beds. The room was very spacious allowing our family of 4 to spread out. We also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant - specifically the Egyptian Breakfast. We had Hassan for our waiter both mornings at breakfast and he made sure we never left even the slightest bit hungry. Hassan was really outstanding!

Ola was a very friendly receptionnist, she came with me to various souvenir shop to help me with the choices and the prices! Very helpful :) Moses, the receptionnist too, he helped me book a tour for my day here, good price and very friendly guide named Ahmad, he knew very well the ancient egyptian history. Overall, a great place to stay!!! :)

They are busy with the lifts which will be better in the future

Ola , was very helpful to arrange our trip back to the airport. Body the strong young boy carrying our luggage to and from our room, then we had hassan always with a smile on his face for breakfast going the exra mile, and saliem our saviour getting my suitcase fixed which i thought was an impossible task. Even drove on a tuktuk here in cairo. The view from our room was fantastic.

The staff were all so helpful and nice, helping us book whatever tours we wanted to do during our stay. They organised tour guides and a driver for us everyday who were all so lovely especially the driver Sammy. The hotel arranged for a driver to collect us at the airport. The view from the rooftop is fabulous. Food and rooms are great.
