We arrived at the hotel on Saturday night in a taxi they had arranged for us. We were welcomed by fresh juice and a surprise that they had upgraded us to junior suite. Special thanks to Qamar, Minha and Shokolate they made our stay extra special.

I was really not expecting much but this hotel have exceeded my expectations. The place is new and well decorated. The room size is decent and it was very clean. The break fast was delicious. They have three options i personally liked the Egyptian one the most.They provide a private tours and transportation with a reasonable prices, it really made it easy for us to explore Cairo.They also recommended good spots and gave us tips when we wanted to explore by ourselves, we had the best experience because of them, especially the two sweet receptionists. All the staff is helpful, kind, and smiling all the time, they made us feel at home. I want to thank the owner for his help and hospitality. Thank you Mr.Touha

Nothing honestly!

Looks exactly like the photos. You get that pyramids view from the breakfast area. Breakfast was amazing and has options. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great, about 10min drive to Pyramids. Everywhere including the room was clean and beds were comfortable also felt very safe. Place always smelt really good too!

Only thing was we where not told u have to turn the emersion on so one of us had a cold ending to the shower but we didn’t say anything as didn’t matter.

Everything. location was amazing. Breakfast lovely with 3 choices. View of pyramids Rooms where exceptional Value for money was amazing. Staff accommodating and so friendly. Arranged a car to take us to the plaza to have an amazing meal. Honestly would stay there my entire trip next time. Thanks ⭐️

They sent a taxi as a complimentary service [free of charge] to the airport, to bring us to the place. The oriental breakfast was brilliant, and to mention the "welcome-waffles" was also an excellent surprise, which they gave us after the next day's breakfast. They were nice, the room was clean, and the big size of the bathroom was also pleasant. The pictures of the room was according to what they gave us.

A little noise at night if you are a very light sleeper, walls a little thin so you can hear your neighbours sometimes.

We had 3 nights at this hotel. The staff was super friendly! We would like to show our gratitude especially towards 2 receptionst Menna and Kamar. They were so helpful to make our stay comfortable. They arranged daytrips with driver and gave us also good price. Very hospitable, speak good English and gave us a more comfortable room upon request. Our daytrip to Alexandria was very nice and we recommend Wael (driver). He speaks good english and was very hospitable and costomer oriented.

I'd like to suggest a buffet breakfast or any other meal of the day as a good improvement.

Amazing staff , super attentious and helpful ! Definetely the highest point of this place , whatever you need in terms of information, tips to buy products they will help ! Room they gave was spacious , clean and comfortable ( for real). Excellent breakfast , you have to order what you want the night before , its a not a buffet. Location is amazing , just 10 min walking from the pyramids entrance gate , so you can easily and safely walk there. There is a good option of gas station with convenience store where you can find easy snacks , sandwiches and other stuff. The view of the pyramids is good.

The hotel was very good, their rooms were awesome—very comfortable and conducive to a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I strongly suggest the hotel if you're looking to travel to Cairo (near the pyramids).

I`m so thankful to administer Ahmed. He has helped us in a difficult situation. The viue from the terrace is so picturesk! The oriental breakfast is very good. The room was nice. I'm so glad l have chosen Peace Inn West Pyramids hotel.

A lovely, cosy hotel with very kind staff. The rooms are beautifully designed, the bed comfortable, and the view of the pyramids just amazing. Breakfasts on the rooftop were delicious, and throughout the day and evening you can go there to enjoy the view and have tasty food & drinks (non-alcoholic, or for alcoholic a delivery service is available). Bottled drinking water is provided. Suggestions of restaurants, tours and drivers were also very useful.

Best luxury hotel to stay in the Giza area. Away from the noise and crowds of Giza but equally as close to the pyramids.Everything was comfortable, beds, the room and great breakfast.
