The animation team: no communication what is the plan for today, to loud music, standing around at the beach without doing something. The italian team at the other side doing a much better job. The materials ( Boule, Dart etc. )are rotten. No toilet at the beach. Missing a little changing hut for clothes. WLAN very weak, only in the lobby. Aircon very loud from the neibours. Cats and birds at the dinningarea flying into the room to the breadbaskets.

Very friendly staff and a kitchen team which done their very best to comfort the clients. Three big meals a day. Wonderful garden. Good rooms service with plenty of waterbottels. Big rooms with balkony.

Lcation is great as it is away from crowded places Night sky was wonderful Room was spacious Receptionist offered better room and responded to our request to have upper level room. To stop plastic from entering the sea and save marine life, the hotel must reduce the amount of single-use plastic. The food needs some improvements, especially quality.

We had one of the best family vacations in the hotel everything was perfect, the staff were helpful, cheerful and trying their best to give us the best experience. The hotel has a great reef which allow us to snorkel and see different kinds of fish.

-The resort needs some maintenance and gardening. -Keep in mind to get your medicines with you, the prices is a bit higher.

-Actually we've enjoyed everything about the resort, the staff were v.helpful,cooperative & friendly especially Mr.Ramadan Sayed (the receiptionist) for his exceptional care and dedication. -The beach was exceptional, snorkling can be done easily by the shore, lunch can be taken by the sea, beduin tent by the beach to enjoy at night, animation team available and a nice kids area at every corner at the resort.

The food is terrible. There was low variety, and most of them tasted bad. Only the beach snacks were kinda good

The hotel has many activities, and the beach is wonderful. The hotel has the best animation team you can find in Egypt. The staff is nice and friendly, especially Mr. Abdelrahman who brought us the towels in the beach. He is a very kind and hospitable person.

Wish the breakfast was more continental as most of it was oriental.

The staff was very friendly, always smiling and helpful. They always asked if we are satisfied. Loved the snacks by the beach. I recommend for long or short stays.

The shower head was somehow broken but was usable.

The rooms were clean with a good view. The people working there where friendly and nice. They have variety of food served, which was amazing and clean. They had different shows performed in open air near the pool or on the beach. The place is calm. They offer a great value for money.

A bit old hotel but still nice.

We got a huge comfy bed with a view of the garden and pools. Good food. Super value for the money. Surprisingly there is a amazing reef for snorkelling in front, we spotted murenas and squids. Better than snorkelling spots in Marsa Alam and Hurghada. Really clean water.

The food is bad. I couldn't eat anything except in dinner cause there was grilled chicken and kofta. There are no snacks in the pool for kids except crepe with sugar, no burgers or fries for kids, no cocktail drinks only cola and sprite, so why we paid for all-inclusive. We got some bed insects بق from their sheets!. The swimming pool isn't clean at all with floating insects. They are improving the service cause they said that three corners brought the hotel 2 months ago
