The neighborhood is not very nice. The hotel is on a non-sealed road.

Excellent communication and service. The host went out of his way to help us. At breakfast you can see the pyramids.

Only the location, you are a little far from the pyramids but Uber is really cheap ($3) to get to them.

The staff were so helpful and really lovely, when you first arrive you are worried as the location does not look great but it's completely modern on the inside. There is also a lift for luggage. Breakfast is really good.

The entrance to the building needs to be cleaned and better maintained. We noticed that their hygienic conditions are not exactly the best when preparing the salads. My husband needed to take three cold showers before they finally fixed the water heater.

Friendly staff, pyramids view. They are diligent at getting different tours are a fair price.

Everything excelent, definitely recommend to stay here. Bathroom and rooms cleaned, with good comfort. The view of the balcony it’s amazing looking to the Pyramids. Breakfast is amazing too.

The best part is that you can see the pyramids from your room! Also it is great that they have a very comfortable living room/ lobby area and two balconies. Perfect for drinking tea and talking to the staff. The staff is fun, welcoming, and helpful. They are flexible and have many suggestions. The hotel also has delivery menus and will help you order food if you don’t want to go out. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. All fresh food that they make when you get up. Be aware that it is cash only. Not a problem, but be prepared. I would recommend and stay again :)

The room was next to reception which was quite noisy. Also the room was next to the motorway which was a little bit loud but not too much of a problem.

The staff were very good, helpful for a westerner who didn't speak any Arabic. Sorted a nice tour out for us. I'd definitely recommend this place as somewhere to stay. Ahmed was a great helper.

The hotel was great. It is placed in a residential area, but the hotel in itself was good. Friendly staff and very clean.

Nice and clean place with a great value for money. We had a fridge in our room which we didn't have at some other places but which is really nice to have in a hot place like egypt. Beds were very comfortable and showers are great (rain showers and other options). Breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Great room, air conditioning saved us all this time. Wonderful receptionists Islam and Meg 💕Shokran to Hazem who took us ♥️ It was a very tasty breakfast! I advise everyone to visit this hotel ☺️

The internet signal sometimes failed in my room, nothing that you can not deal with.

We had a wonderful stay in Pyramids Planet Hotel. The room (the one with private bathroom and view of the pyramids) was a little small but cosy and well kept. Breakfast was great and well assorted. Last but not least, the personnel was extremely caring. Great place!
