Difficult to sleep because of the noise outside the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was a very good Egyptian breakfast and lots of food! The view of the pyramids was spectacular! The room was clean.

The workers are very friendly and help you with everything you need. The hotel is very close to the Pyramids from the rooms you can see a amazing view. They have also a private tours to the Pyramids, the service is perfect, they care all the minimum details during your stay. The rooms are clean, they have a good size, the location is perfect. Don't hesitate to go there.

Positives - The Egyptian breakfast was equal to or what I would expect from the Hilton! - The Host/owner Mahmoud - Not only understands service but goes that extra mile as a teacher, guide and family whilst you stay in Egypt. - View of the pyramids! Waking up every day to one of the greatest sights in the world! - Hot water, Wifi, Friendly service. The nesesitys that make this budget stay above and beyond my expectations! I genuinely enjoyed my experience here - and wish I could stay longer!

I was grateful for the room upgrade with the pyramid view. It was such a spectacular sight. That room was close to the streets and as a light sleeper, I was not able to sleep well. They transferred us to a different room without a hassle tho! In summary, I’d advise the light sleepers to stay in a different room instead since their restaurant on the roof top has an amazing view.

The staff on this property are exceptional. They have shown us what true Egyptian hospitality is. They also do tours and we learned a lot from Essra. She was amazing. They made us feel like we were at home. We also had a free room upgrade

It can be a bit noisy at times at night

The staff, Essra and Mano, were excellent in making my stay be special. When the WiFi went down from another company, they found ways to be sure I was always connected. The hotel is a very good value and if you get a chance, ask Essra to take you on a tour. She is excellent.

We liked Pyramids Top In very much. From Hotel's terrace, you can see Pyramids, every morning having breakfast with this beautiful view was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner Mamu is so friendly and explained us everything we needed. Our tour guide Esra was great, she leaded us to the places we wanted and gave us many information about Egypt history. I highly reccomend this hotel, if I go to Egypt again, I will stay here again for sure.

If you want to stay with the beautiful view of the pyramids in comfort, stay here. The location is just 2 minutes walk to the ticket and entrance to the pyramids. As a female, I felt safe during my stay. It is located in a convenient area with restaurants, cafe, money exchange, and mini marts. Wonderful staff with good communication. They gave good recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the area. They are always ready to help if there are inquiries. The room was clean and stuffed with fresh towels, shampoo, body soap, as well as tea and coffee. Wifi was stable . This was great because I am a student and I needed to do my online classes some time during the day. Air-conditioning was great and quiet. Roof top has public and private area for non-guest eating at the restaurant and guest who are staying in the hotel. I recommend going there during sunset or sunrise to see the astonishing view of the pyramids. They are really close and big. Don’t forget to grab a camera and tea or juice. Their breakfast was amazing. They served bread with local dishes, falafel, eggs, fruits, juice, and tea. They were willing to accommodate and give breakfast even after tour in the pyramids and close to lunch time. The staffs were very flexible and accommodating to needs.

Had an amazing stay here. Celebrated our 10 year old turning 11 and were kindly upgraded to the family suite with balcony overlooking the road with entrance to Pyramids. Incredible room for people-watching and location was unbeatable. Room itself was clean and spacious, looking out at all three pyramids. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, couldn’t have been nicer. Finally the breakfasts were delicious: fried egg, falafel, pita, ful medames, masaa’a and veggies, plus juice and coffee. All on a well-decorated rooftop patio. All told we’re so happy with our stay, it was perfect.

The staff was amazing, couldn't ask for anything more, Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed 5 nights total, and only 1 through booking as it was a last minute change as our previously booked accomodation was awful. The team here found us a room at 10pm the night we came in and made us feel like at home our whole stay, they even got us a driver to come in at 3am and take us to the bus station on our check out day because our booking time was off. I will definitely recomend them to everyone coming to Giza. Keep up the amazing work team at Pyramids top in!
