Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesYou are close to Pyramids and their broadcasts are heard. Not too bad unless it goes on until the night. During Ramadan, one broadcast went to way after midnight.
I researched this choice and the location with the view of the pyramids was perfect. The staff was great: Kemal and his team (Fouz, Mustafa (2), Adel, Gaml, Derk?) They also arranged an outstanding driver/guide—Mohamed S. Ali. He spoke excellent English and knew everywhere and everybody in Giza. I hadn’t counted on a camel ride but it was a highlight of my time in Giza.

United StatesThe beds could have been a bit more comfortable . Also there is considerable noise coming from the street below until late into the night , so if this bothers you , don't stay here .
we went there for the view and it did not disappoint . The hotel is across the street from the Sphinx and the view of the pyramids is phenomenal, it doesn't get better than this .

IndiaThe room was a tad tight for the three of us and our luggage but it was alright and manageable . Nothing really to not like
Absolutely loved the location . Could gaze at the right across pyramids and the sphinx in all their splendour . Could have happily not moved an inch from the hotel and lazed with some not so long distance sightseeing . The very affable Samy, owner of the property , took special care and was genuinely warm .. as was Adel, the chef , who greeted us cheerily every morning at breakfast ..as were all the staff . The pick up and drop off saved the hassle of negotiating for cabs . Will love to go again

Hello. I would like to say that I've had a lovely time staying at your hotel. Your staff are all very helpful, especially the lovely receptionist whose name i didn't get. Kamal had been very helpful, too. The views of the Giza plateau are stunning. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The falafel i think is now my favourite food. There's plenty of drinking water made available. Even the problem with the electricity supply this afternoon was sorted out as soon as possible, with Kamal making sure the guests were looked after. Thank you for such a nice place to stay

The PVI treat a visitor like family. They arrange any excursion you'd like. Short car ride to the new, and spectacular, GEM and the smaller, but very impressive NMEC. Very good breakfast and dinner. It truly is like staying at someone's home. Rooms are small, but you're not going to spend much time in them. View of the Sphinx and Pyramids out your window.

TurkeyIt's a little far from city center.
Hotels employees are amazing, they are so nice and kind, they really made us feel like in home. Rooms are comfortable for families. We had a suite which contains 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom inside of it. Chef Adel's falafels were delicious every morning. Kamal helped us even after we checked out of room. And of course the view is priceless. I really recommend you to stay at this hotel at least 1 night if you visit Cairo. You can also watch lights show of Pyramids on rooftop.

We have spent 5 days in Pyramid View Inn, with an excellent views to the pyramids from the hotel room (balcony) and terrace. Our flight was due at 12pm, but we didn’t get to there until 2am, staff were amazing and offer us some dinner from the brilliant chef Adel. We really enjoyed being here, and we felt like in home in some way thanks to the very attentive, warm and lovely staff. We would like to mention, specially, to Gamal Ali as one of the best host we have ever had. We would 1000% recommend this place to anyone who would like to come to Giza and stay in this place.

CanadaLiterally nothing. After traveling to 75 countries and staying in hundreds of hotels and hostels, I’ve seen it all — some much cheaper, some more expensive. But this kind of price-to-quality ratio, one that exceeds all expectations, is rare. It’s a gem.
Before booking this hotel, I spent a lot of time researching. I checked the location on Google Maps and compared how close it was to the Sphinx and the pyramids and what's more important - angle. It took me a few hours, but it was totally worth it. Now I can say for sure—this is one of the best, if not the best, hotels for a panoramic view. Yes, there are many hotels nearby, but small details make a big difference. If a hotel is on the second row or even just 50 meters to the side, the view can change a lot. For example, a tree or a palm might block the Sphinx, or the angle of the pyramids with Sphinx in front might not be as perfect. I know this because I stayed in a nearby hotel before, and I can tell you — the difference is huge. And if you're lucky to get a room with a pyramid view, I'm sure — it will be one of the best memories you take from Giza. The beds are high, and the windows are low, so you can see the pyramids while lying down. That’s something you won’t even find in many hotel with a "pyramid view." In many places, you actually have to get out of bed to see them. The room was very clean, the water was hot. Breakfast was simple but delivious, and that view, it doesn’t actually matter what you eat. You just enjoy. The staff was amazing—always ready to help with anything. I’ll be coming back to Egypt again in the next few years, and I already know where I’ll stay in Giza. Thank you, Kamal, and everyone else!

United StatesWhile the staff was helpful in making arrangements for things like taxis and tours, they were overpriced. Next time I'd just use Uber for taxis (which works great in Cairo and is super cheap).
My friend and I stayed here on New Year's Eve in a pyramids view room. lf you want a fabulous view of the pyramids and sphinx, this is your place. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating, the room was newly updated and very clean, and breakfast was good. They hosted a New Year's Eve dinner and party with their neighboring hotel, which was fun (although pricey). Breakfast was a standard Egyptian breakfast, with the best view you could ask for. You can walk right across the street to enter the pyramids complex. Regarding New Year's Eve - most of the hotels in the area host parties on their rooftops and shoot off small fireworks. There is no large fireworks display as the internet suggests. Regardless, it was still really cool!

Breakfast is reasonable and tasty. Room clean. We also took dinner and lunch few times. It was tasty. The view from room just awesome. Probably one of the best I have ever had. Area is noisy, but there are planty restaurants, few bars. 10 minutes walk to Drinky shop (sells alcohol 24/7). Also suggest to take time in the evening in terrace. Light show of Giza pyramid complex is on Your eyes here.
