Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesBooking the rooftop suite ensures you are the only guests on the top floor. The light show at the pyramids starts when you open your door, as you look out directly upon the Giza Plateau . Breakfast is an additional 8$ USD and is worth it for those early morning snack sessions

United KingdomFirst of all, all the staff here are really friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. We chose from the hotel menu on the first night as we arrived in the evening. Kamil was honest and told us that two meals for the 4 of us would be enough and he was right. We still couldn’t finish it all. Reasonable prices for wine and beer which they go and purchase in your behalf. The rooms were as the photos show. Enough space for sleeping, washing and viewing from the balcony. Hot water was plenty and the heating/AC worked perfectly. Housekeeping offered to clean the rooms everyday although we only opted to have our room done once (we were only there 4 nights and seemed silly wasting their time when it wasn’t dirty). Tea and coffee and water on the rooftop 24/7. Breakfast was plentiful and good to get you going for the day. The location is perfect and the views incredible. I could go on. But all I can say is, this place is ideal for a reasonably priced stay with good staff with plenty of places to eat and drink near by with the best views. Would I stay again… in a heart beat yes.

United StatesThe hotel room was small but adequate. The bathroom shower was very small, which made showering difficult for my 6'5 husband. Our room had a beautiful view of the pyramids but with the view came A LOT of street noise. We got in very late the first night we stayed and they ran our credit card for our room, they told us the server was down and the card did not process so they could not provide us a receipt. The next day they asked to run our card again but I had got notification from our credit card company that the transaction had went through and we did not owe anything. The staff called their bank and their bank said it had not went through. We called our credit card company and they said it had been processed. So we had no choice but to have them run our card again and this resulted in duplicate charges. I am now having to dispute one of the charges on my credit card since there are two. This was very irritating that while on vacation we had to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to sort this out and now since we are back we are having to do the same. I am not saying this was dishonest by the hotel, they did say they called their bank and their bank said the charge had not went through, so I am not sure why we essentially paid for our room twice? But hopefully we can get the one charge reversed. I would recommend that you pre-pay for your room before checking in.
You cannot get a better view of the pyramids of Giza than this hotel! We were close to restaurants and shops and get a short walk to the entrance of the pyramids.

United KingdomThe room wasn't very soundproof. If you are easily disturbed by noise, then maybe this isn't for you, but after long days of sightseeing I slept pretty well!
The location next to the Sphinx gate for the Giza pyramids complex is great and means avoiding the big crowds at the main gate, especially if you go early. Breakfast was very good, and eating it with a view from the roof terrace overlooking the pyramids was wonderful. Views from the balcony just as good (thanks for the upgrade!). Staff were very helpful and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

RussiaIf you want to look and enjoy the view directly at the Sphinx and the pyramids, then this hotel is definitely for you. This hotel is the best for viewing the Sounds and Lights pyramids show from the veranda of the rooftop cafe. It offers a view of all the pyramids and good visibility (on the pyramids themselves, if you buy tickets at the ticket office, by the way, 10 m away, you won’t see the entire overview) There is a stunning view from its veranda. I would like to note the prompt and organized work of all the hotel staff. They are friendly and friendly. They are always ready to help. I specifically took a room without a window so that it would be quiet and there would be no noise. The rooms are cleaned every day and the towels are changed, the hot water in the shower is normal, The rooms are warm and comfortable. I stayed for more than 2 days, so I had free transfer from the airport. Thank you very much to the staff and on my next visit to Cairo I will stay at this hotel again.

New ZealandNothing.
This is my second stay here. There are many more hotels around now then there was back in 2018, but I chose to come back here because the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel like family, we wanted to eat local, so one of the young lads walked us to an amazing restaurant and even offered to wait to escort us back. The view from the restaurant while having breakfast is breathtaking, a place to sit, relax and reflect. Entrance to the Pyramids is about 500 metres away NOTE - entrance fee is CARD PAYMENT ONLY.

The B&B has a wonderful view and a strategic location just ten metres from the main entrance for the Pyramids. In addiction staff is simply exceptional and kind; they allow us to have a breakfast the day of our arrival for free and they reserve us all the attentions and a care. If in Giza book a room there, you won't forget. Just a great value for money considering the standard and prices in Egypt. For breakfast chef Adel will prepare Felafel☺ the Best ever eaten

NetherlandsThe area around the hotel is messy, dirty and not very well developed, which is strange considering the number of tourists that come here. The hotel warned me ahead of my arrival that rooms facing the pyramids may experience noise nuisance from the street, but I thought it was not so bad. There is very little traffic in the evening and night.
The view over the pyramids and sfinx from the rooftop terrace and from the rooms facing the front is amazing. The individual room that I had initially booked was tiny and just had a small window. But for a small extra charge they gave me a bigger room with a balcony and that was perfect. The entrance to the pyramids plateau is 1 minute walk, as is a Pizza Hut and KFC store. The hotel offers a complimentary airport pickup when staying two or more nights, which was nice and convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

United KingdomThe room and bathroom were quite rundown, but for the price it is understandable. The cafe at the top could do with some music just for a bit more atmosphere.
The staff are very very friendly and kind, they take good care of you. The free breakfast is lovely as well and for the price, cannot believe it is included. The view of the pyramids is what sold it for us and the fact you can have breakfast up there. They organised the guide for us and it was really good, good price.
