Property did not have any escalator or life and you have to climb stairs to top floor.

Property is located close to Giza Pyramid Complex and easily accessible from main road.

Lovely little hotel if you are looking to stay near the pyramids. The staff were really helpful, Khalead was really great with helping us get a SIM card, finding the ATM and giving recommendations. Another member of staff saved us from getting scammed by a taxi driver who wanted to charge us an extra 400 EGP to go to the airport. The rooftop has an insane view of the pyramids and lots of drink and food. The breakfast included was really nice too. We had a good view of the Pyramids from our window. The rooms are basic and small but clean. The only downfall is the city itself, its dirty, full of litter and locals trying to scam you. Have your wits about your if you are staying in Giza. I would recommend you staying outside the city and traveling to the pyramids, rather than staying near by. The hotel is also called Pyramid Hills - this causes problems in locating the property when you first arrive.

Amazing staff and hotel Helpful and welcoming hosts helped to organise trips to Alexandria and quad biking at very reasonable price, air con in room worked very well and beds were comfortable, good location next to many local shops and pyramids and plentiful taxis services available for easy transport around city. The hotel offer a shuttle service from the airport that is very helpful and the view from the roof terrace is amazing, definitely would stay again.

First of all the name and the address on the booking.com is different than their actual name and address. And because of that we spent 15 minutes trying to find the hotel and only managed after I called them. When we arrived I realised that they upgraded our rooms which I didn’t ask for and asked for more money. So we were charged more than the price we initially reserved for. When I asked why it’s more expensive they said it’s city tax and did not provide more info. I only realised the room upgrade when I checked my emails upon my return. Upgrading the rooms without my permission is unbelievable! On top of all these there was no WIFI in the rooms!!! We are only managed to use the WiFi in the lobby. The location is not the best either. Yes it’s close to the pyramids but the area is really bad and deprived. If you can, avoid staying around the pyramids and stay around the river Nile.

The only good thing was the view from the terrace and the rooms were spacious and relatively clean

There was no wi-fi . There was no water pressure in the shower. We couldn’t take a proper shower. The food was really overpriced and small portion. The hotel name and location was different, so we had to ask help to reach the hotel.

We was really like the rooftop where u can have a full View of Pyramids !

The charming view of the Giza Pyramids and the wonderful breakfast in the morning in front of the pyramids. All meals can be eaten in the restaurant on the terrace. Room cleaning service is available upon request. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff take full care of the guests.
