My room’s air conditioning wasn’t working but we were only staying a few hours. I’m sure if we wanted to be switched they would’ve gladly made the necessary accommodations to move us.

-Most of stuff is very friendly specially MR. Ibrahim ( reception) , chef Mohamed Ali ( Malai restaurant) and Mr Mohamed Abdel Azaim ( sea salt ). -Rooms very clean with modern decoration. -Food is delicious

Entertainment program was a little monotonous “same~same” every evening. During the day the activities around the main pool area were a little too much from 10am until 6pm! Sometimes people appreciate a little relaxation time too without music at high volume. All inclusive lacked variety of snacks between mealtimes, just pastries were available. Breakfast time 7am-10am, lunch 1pm-3pm and dinner 7pm-9:30pm could be better adjusted to guests needs on holiday.

Ideal location in Sharks Bay. Friendly staff that made you feel very welcome. Rooms are spacious and have individually controlled AC. Well appointed restaurants with a wide choice of freshly prepared food. V Hotell is located just 10 mins from the airport/Naama Bay and the popular “Soho Square”.

- Food variety - AC in the main restaurant needs to be cranked up a bit we found ourselves sweating often - Entertainment crew (as great they are) tended to make music louder than it should sometimes ( you still have options to go to other spots but to convince of the pool location makes hard to move with all our stuff)

- Reception staff (especially Hussein) were wonderful, they made sure it’s seamless and quick - House keeping was on top of our needs either it’s towels, extra blankets…etc - Everyone in hotel welcomed us with a smile and always asked if we needed anything - The staff at the Italian restaurant went above and beyond when they found out that it’s my daughter’s birthday and brought a cake and made the guitarist play happy birthday for her ( we really appreciate this) - Small shopping area in the hotel is useful for basic needs and small gifts - Pools are clean and with activities for everyone - Kids pool area with plenty of activities - Shuttle bus to take you to different parts of the hotel compound

The beach is a mountain, so you can not swim unless you godown the stair for elderly people and people who have diffeculty walking it is not recommended

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but perhaps some of the rooms could use a little modernization to match the overall luxurious feel of the hotel.

I was impressed by the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of the staff, especially Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The location of the hotel also provided a great view and easy access to nearby attractions.
